nigel barker actually the difference between 1010 and 1015 would be much smaller, as the % difference is quite small. Going from 1,015 to 1,050 is the % equivalent of going from 515 to 530. The key reason why Benedikt Magnusson has incredible Deadlifts are due to a combination of ectomorph and mesomorph traits such as long arms and huge shoulders. The late Vasily Alexeev was mainly an ectomorph, but was an incredible Weightlifter.
The reason he has an incredible deadlift is because he trains unbelievably hard, takes the right drugs and has the genetics for it. The terms ectomorph and mesomorph mean nothing. Stop using them as even the creator of those somatotypes stated they are not set in stone and people can change their somatotype throughout their lives with training or improper diet etc.
yaroslav64 I agree with this. the words "ectomorph" and "mesomorph" have to die out, they do nothing but confuse noobs they make no sense whatsoever. The truth is he is a genetic freak, much stronger than the average person, he is smart enough and has the right knowledge to train correctly, and he takes takes(or took prior to the lift) an extreme amount of steroids, many many grams per week without a doubt. mostly though, it's the genetics bit

Both are equally as impressive imo.
Joe Biden in my opinion this is more impressive considering he’s not using straps or a deadlift suit, also it was a much cleaner looking rep compared to Eddies.
@@18yearoldconservativefromc60 yea using the equiment ur bennie gets fucked by ed in the deadlift, give eddie some straps and give bennie a strap n suit ed would win, the only things holding him off is his grip strenght also ed isnt a strongman that focuses on the 3 main lift bennie never had the goal to win wsm while eddie and thor are all well rounded athlete, even benni would lose to nick best in a strongman comp
Eddie had a greater feat of strength, but this is the greatest deadlift surely.
Literally the most hype and impressive deadlift ever.
I love the way this guy lifts. Gets pumped as fuck every time, does little run up to the bar, perfect form, sets down gently, back to being crazy as fuck
The key reason why Benedikt Magnusson has incredible Deadlifts are due to a combination of ectomorph and mesomorph traits such as long arms and huge shoulders.
The late Vasily Alexeev was mainly an ectomorph, but was an incredible Weightlifter.
the last word taht comes to mind when watching this brute is ectomorph lol
The reason he has an incredible deadlift is because he trains unbelievably hard, takes the right drugs and has the genetics for it. The terms ectomorph and mesomorph mean nothing. Stop using them as even the creator of those somatotypes stated they are not set in stone and people can change their somatotype throughout their lives with training or improper diet etc.
yaroslav64 I agree with this. the words "ectomorph" and "mesomorph" have to die out, they do nothing but confuse noobs they make no sense whatsoever.
The truth is he is a genetic freak, much stronger than the average person, he is smart enough and has the right knowledge to train correctly, and he takes takes(or took prior to the lift) an extreme amount of steroids, many many grams per week without a doubt. mostly though, it's the genetics bit
the concepts of mesomorphs and ectomorphs is really outdated and dont really mean anything
no, the key reason why he had incredible deadlifts was because hes got strong muscles
This man spontaneously exploded 2 minutes later.
I still find this impressive vs the current world record. This is insane raw power.
No suit. No straps. This is one of the greatest lifts in human history. Bene was an absolute MONSTER
