I also applied partner visa 309 last year in May 2023. still its in processing. I came to Australia on visitor visa and applied bridging visa. I got it within 2 days but with no work condition. I applied for work rights. its almost 12 days still waiting for reply. can please anyone let me know how long it take time if someone applied recently. Thank you in advance...

Idol tourist visa holder aq same ng freinds mo dirin ako mkpg work pwede ba kunin ko bvb my work rights yun pwede mg trvel valid reason as you said more than a year kna sa bridging so ng reapply ka that day idol kind suggestion mo sa akin anu kunin ko bridging para mkpg work ako idol salamt
You can only get bvb if youre applying for another visa, and theyll only give you bvb if you lodged a new visa, and kung sakali man naka bvb kana kung ano ung visa mo before bridging eh yun din ung condition mo. So kung tourist ka and naka kuha ka nnh bridging, ung conditions mo is tourist parin. Thats what i know.
May I ask kung alin ang mas mabuti iapply...1. Visitor visa subclass 600 Apply outside oz or 2. Sponsored fam. stream? Thanks for the reply.

I just have a question. I already have a sub class visa 400 and an employer then someone offered me a visa subclass 482 from another employer. Can I still get a 482 visa even I still have visa 400? I'm still in the Philippines and I haven't left the Philippines yet. I plan not to continue the first employer, because the agency charges a lot of fees.

I think so. change visa is possible as far as i know basta malaman mo paano ung legal and best way to change na hindi makakaapekto sa record mo.
