Wow Over 500 books! You could spend your whole reading life just reading his books! I see his books at thrift stores but they are always in bad shape. Which tells me that they are worth reading. Thank you for sharing -James & Bella
Yes, I noticed that too, so many of them are in a very worn condition. I cherry picked most of these, may go back and pick up some of the more beat up copies as well.
R.I.P. Randisi. Youve got quite the collection coming along there! I still need to try an adult western. I've picked up a few but haven't cracked into them yet.
Almost had too much fun. Collected quite a few before I finally read one. The one I read had a very strong rhythm and pace to it. I have a few other series in the adult western category but definitely want to read a few more of these Gunsmith books first. Thanks for watching!
Five hundred books all by one author? That's amazing. I read a series and it only had four books and it really felt like they were written by different people.
Perhaps they were! would say I don't read many series but many of the classics were Serialized and now we only think of them as single books.... I guess that counts.
I'm reading Zane Grey and Louis L'amour currently, and I'm looking for these Gunsmith books. I did pick up my first Longarm western the last Goodwill trip. I did pick up Jon Sharpe's Trailsman books which are a bit modern. I think 90s. I'm looking forward to reading those as well. Great videos my friend!!
Zane Grey and Louis Lamour are classics, wonder if in the future any of the "adult westerns" will be thought of as fondly. Thanks for watching and commenting. Sounds like you are reading some great books 👍
I read Gallows last year and quite enjoyed it. I didn't realize he also wrote The Gunsmith series. I see those at my local used bookstore so I will have to try a couple of them. I have read a couple of Longarm books and these sound similar.
Can only speak for the one book I just read but it was over the top action, gory, and wasn't shy with erotic scenes. I knew all that going into the book, but wasn't expecting the writing to be that enjoyable and just plain well done. Thanks for watching and commenting!
I’ve seen this series in used book stores for years but I haven’t had a desire to pick them up just knowing that a good part of the book was about stuff I don’t care to read lol
You are not mistaken, and those scenes are absolutely filthy lol. Maybe try one of the books written under his own name, I suspect those are more traditional but hopefully still contain the gory action scenes.

I see these at one used bookstore I frequent…they are all covered like that…pretty cool.
If you see one, there are bound to be a bunch of them. Seen a few reprints but definitely prefer these covers.
What’s up what’s going on? Hide and Read.
Such a memorable and simple intro. Great stuff. It sticks with you!
Thank you! Notice you trying out different ideas on your channel.
I bet you got some big ideas for the near future. Thanks for watching!

More than 500 books is some achievement!
I can't recall any single author having that many books published, definitely an outlier.
