    This cheesecake is bomb I make it twice a years evey year on Eid day since 2019 and the cheesecake is amazing

    Just made these now. Next time I’ll use my hand mixer to get it whipped instead I used my stand mixer and I had to use gelatine because it was runny. I used the paddle whip.

    Hi help
    I made this cheesecake a couple of times before and it turned out great in little cups. Got a problem now as soon as I add the gelatine to the cream cheese it goes all lumpy. Could it be the cream cheese was too cold still? I mixed the gelatine until it cooled down a bit then added it to the mixture.

      Add the gelatine when it’s hot and mix quickly and it won’t go lumpy,

      Umme Hani best to chill for a couple of hours and eat chilled straight out of the fridge. Can be made a couple of days ahead.

      I don't sell them. I only make for family. Your pricing will depend on the size of the cup and what you haev used for a garnish. Maybe between $4-$5

    Hi. I tried making this using cream cheese in the jar cause couldnt find blocked cheese you used. It wasnt working out. Could it have been the cream cheese

      Yes I would say so. It is not as firm as the block. Next time you might want to add some gelatine that's been dissolved in hot water to help them set.

      In an airtight container in the refrigerator. You can make them up to 2 days ahead.

      Yea u have to use powdered sugar I made this cheesecake 4 or 5 times first time I put normal sugar and you could taste the sugar so you have to put powdered

      You will get 12-16 depending on the cup size you use. If it's part of a dessert table/buffet, I like to use smaller cups so people can try a variety of flavors without getting too full. If it's the only dessert I'm serving, I'll make large cups.

      It can be made two days ahead. Leave refrigerated for as long as possible on the day of your event especially if it's a warm day.
