    Causes for stress. Does lack of space count ! A well explained video, coincidently the advert on this vid was for mental health therapy.

      Ian definitely, lack of space does count. When I made the previous video entitled "Ian Matthew I can empathise with you", I showed the lack of space I've got and what I have got to do to create space. I said about your garage and made comparisons with the US. At some stage you just stand there and it really does stress you out. You feel overwhelmed. Oh, finally had my bloods done today, I'll know in a minimum of 5 working days. Usually it's 3, so that got me slightly worried again for what they found before. Fingers crossed it'll be ok. I'll probably email you and let you know. Best wishes to all your family. Stay safe. Speak soon. Matt.

    Hey Matt. Just getting to this today. Stress is very detrimental to the GenX generation. So many friends have told me about the bad things happening to them because of stress. Tons of grief. I have lost several friends due to depression. I'll tell my story in due time. But stress has played a huge role in my life and made it difficult at times. I feel like I am not making any sense I am tired and need to take a nap. Cheers! Take Care

    VERY WELL SPOKEN ON A VERY HARD SUBJECT. THAT is more common then people know.😮

      Marcy it is a huge subject to cover. I could write a book about it. The world is just too fast and it's all about time and money. Hopefully it has helped some people to stop and think about their lives. I don't think people will be too happy with part 2 of Coping with stress and my answers or ideas. I do tend to say it as it is, but some peoples finances to name but one are so out of control. Still got about 5 more triggers to work through that cause me to be ill and give people migraines. Thank you for your comment, much appreciated. As always stay safe. Matt.

      There are so many things that stress people out nowadays. I think the hardest thing was they are so intertwined that made it harder. Hopefully it has made people think about their lives. Life is just so fast and materialistic and financially to survive nowadays is so flipping hard. Speak soon buddy. Matt.

      Good morning, I was thinking about you last night. I saw your video coping with pain after Covid19, or words to that effect. I haven't had time to watch it yet but I thought after pain and illness can stress people out, not being able to do what they used to. Stay safe. Matt.

    Stress, hmmmmm yep got stress. Loss of job, income, sick children, moving, death of loved ones, surgeries...yeah that is my story at least. Oh and dare I say, trauma as a child.

      Michelle you've hit the nail on the head. It was such a hard subject to cover I could have gone on for hours. Also so many stress factors are intertwined. Trying to put it into a video that makes sense is very difficult, a book would be better, but some people don't even know they are stressed. All of what you mention are extremely stressful, the only thing I can say is you KNOW what is and has caused you stress, alot of people don't. So even though you have suffered all that you are steps ahead of many people. The next part of the Stress Trigger is coping mechanisms. How do you cope or how have you coped? I hope you don't mind me asking. As I always say, if it is too personal to comment just email me if you are well enough don39t_give_up202063@aol.com
      I noticed on your channel you did a video about Aura's. I haven't had time to watch it yet. It'll be interesting to watch. I had such a bad aura a couple of days ago I virtually lost my sight, so I quickly went to bed. Thank you so much for commenting, you're adding so much information, I don't think you realise. I really appreciate your time not only watching but commenting as well. Please stay safe and we'll speak soon. Matt.

      That many ads. That was what I was afraid of when I monetised. I appreciate your feedback. It's really important. Any future videos can you keep me updated please. Thanks buddy.

      I got 14k. I'm trying it as an experiment to start with. I made a video about being monetised. I was very hesitant as when I watch videos I personally think there are too many adverts. I took the plunge and I will make a video about it when I get my first pay cheque. I didn't understand the process at all. I've received a PIN number today that has to be entered somewhere. How i'm going to find that I don't know. The problem is I'm not tech savvy, perhaps for people who are whizz kids on their computers it's easy for them. My honest opinion is, it really was grief registering. Anyway I will make a video when I get paid, the good, the bad and the ugly, warts and all and give an honest opinion about it all. I would be interested to hear your point of view whether there are too many ads on my videos. Many thanks. Matt.

      @@madmattsbucketlist385 there wer too many in the middle I think I had 4 maybe 5, not counting the one when you click to start. I think you can set the number of adds played. But I’m not monetized at only 345 subscribers so I may be talking out my backside.

    • @madmattsbucketlist385
      @madmattsbucketlist385  3 года назад

      @@michelleslifeonrepeat See that's the reason why I didn't want to be monetised. It's too much. With the ads I have 5 options 2 of them are a waste of time. Cards on the screen advertising the company if they are sponsoring the video and when you watch a video to the top right hand side they put an ad before the play list. You can then choose to have ad's at the beginning and end and the boxes that come up on the screen plus the videos that pop up so annoyingly while you are watching the video. You click the boxes for what you want to choose as adverts but you have no control over how many are shown. Another thing that is annoying is when you upload a video you have to fill out all these monetisation boxes as the second step, then the third step is as normal but I can now add subtitles, which takes forever, then it does checks for copyright and the adverts and everything, then AFTER ALL THAT, you get to the visibility screen to publish. That 40 minute video about stress took basically 12 hours to load!!! As I said I'll get my first payment and then I'll make a video about it all and see what people say. All that and all the time loading plus I make sure I answer every comment, it's gone from being a hobby into a full time job. My first impressions are I'm not that keen with the process, plus what you said about the number of adverts. I'll be losing subscribers or watch time at this rate. Thank you for letting me know.
