My college haven't yet provided us the provisional certificate and asking them about it they are saying it will take minimum 3 weeks for the provisional graduation certificate and the migration certificate . Sir is there any other way out cause I don't want to miss out from the opportunity. Please if you could help

I dont think they will. They increased the cut off to begin with so i dont think they will provide any relaxation even for catagory students

when i am trying to fill the bachelors qualification details, due to backlogs i had passed my 3rd 4th and 5th semester parallel so in cap form it is showing that you can fill one month and year once and for the next semester you are not allowed to fill the same dates, what should i do for this thing and how can i feel my cap form.
