Pork crackle, pat dry (paper towel) night before add salt (extracts the moisture) and leave over night in fridge. Next day before cooking take it out to rest and aclimitetise pat dry the moisture from the salt. Rub 'duck fat' and salt and cook as per the norm with high heat at the start.

The best pork crackling is to get the Weber really hot put it in on high for 10 to 15 minutes then drop it back to low

No we don’t unfortunately. We haven’t got enough room for one 😢 we’ve heard great things about cracklings in the air fryer though
