Hi! What is the thickness or weight of the leather you are using? Can it cut through 4 ounces leather? Thank you

Yes it can - I don’t remember the thickness I was using exactly, but it was somewhere between 5 and 7 oz. If you go to this post I have a printable chart that shows which weights of leather work with the Maker. www.marchingnorth.com/how-to-cut-leather-with-the-cricut-maker/

Leather weight is measured by thickness. Tandy Leather (one of the stores I buy leather at) has a leather buying guide that explains it pretty well: www.tandyleather.com/en/leather-buying-guide.html
I also made a printable cheat sheet that shows what the thickness looks like, it's also on my blog in the Free Resources section.
