9:39 For context here each expansion that has its own story is called episodes. Almost all episodes have a new open world area to explore and missions to do and they are all free now as opposed to when you use to have to buy them like DLC. When you enter their specific missions or open world areas it automatically boosts your level to the bare minimum if you aren't strong enough already in that zone. You may ask yourself "Why level up at all then?" The answer is it only effects your level, not the powers you have, the Skill Points you have unlocked (which are used to make you even stronger or have more abilities), or the past items you might have missed like styles, base items, and so on. The level boost is basically just to let you try out the content sooner.
