This extremely desirable 1966 Corvette C2 stingray convertible is as authentic as it was when it rolled out of the factory in 1966. A few years ago it had a professional re-spray. This C2 has her matching numbers favored 350 PS HT 327 V8 engine. It has a factory fitted 4-speed stick shift. She is finished in her original colour scheme of ‘Sunfire Yellow’ with black vinyl trim and a white hood. She also has the original wheels. It is not often that we see such an untouched authentic C2, quite a special find!

I know this is sacrilege to say so, but I think the C2 has by FAR the ugliest front end of any generation Corvette. It ruins the look of the car for me. The split window coupe is gorgeous from any angle EXCEPT the front...

The front end certainly does not look 'open' and gracefully detailled. On the other end I cannot imagine this car with another front end ;-).
