      +George Mortimer M. Copeland-trumpet player, arranger for Glenn Miller Orchestra, SOE operative and, errr, Head of the CIA? Just as well he didn't have all those jobs at the same time or we would all have been effyoukaayed!

    That's truly annoying to laugh that way to get their attention but I guess that's the best he could do in the prescence of Spike Milligan.

    Dunno about that, and I'm not one to point out someone's annoying habits, but the Interviewers Laugh is extremely annoying.
