Love cargo bikes. Really like the front basket. Could you make a video talking about how to transport these we have a minivan. I’m not sure it would even fit inside.

We have a video coming out soon that is a part of our buying guide series specifically for cargo ebikes so stay tuned!
We are reviewing three more cargo bikes in the coming weeks as well. One of them folds to fit inside your minivan.

Thanks for the review. Can you mount an infant and toddler seat? I did not find info about it in their web page. Thanks.

We hope you'll subscribe for more.
We don't think the rack supports Yepp or MIK-HD standards. If Velotric doesn't sell the seat you are looking for, we suspect it will not be compatible. -Producer Tim

This bike is too big for us shorter humans. It needs to come in different sizes, and not just be made for medium to taller people.

They have a smaller utility bike called the Go. Our review of that will be uploaded here soon.

@@MissGoElectricRideReviews Great! So many bicycles that are "one size fits most" do not fit those of us who are short. Other bikes don't fit really tall people either. I have a Bike Friday e-assist New World Tourist which has been a game changer for me, as arthritis in my knees causes lots of pain if I put a lot of pressure on the pedals. The assist makes bicycling possible again. REI makes a little electric cargo bike called the Generation. It comes in two forms, one with a front shock, the other not. They look very attractive, but I wonder if the motor is underpowered. I would love to see some reviews of them, since REI has a huge network of stores for support, and offers this at a reasonable price. I would have to haul my load up a long hill, so hill climbing power is meaningful. Thanks for your great reviews, I am looking forward to more.

@@kristidubois8400 My daughter and son-in-law took advantage of REI's recent sale for significant discounts on the Generation e1.2. A couple of weeks later, I purchased the Velotric Packer 1. The Velotric fits riders 5'3" to 6'6" and the Generation claims to fit riders 5'0" to 6'3". My son-in-law is around 5'6" with disproportionally short legs and fits my Velotric better.
The Generation does not have a "throttle" and only provides assisted pedaling. My daughter regrets her purchase because she's found not having a throttle makes it hard to climb hills and also when starting out when she's pulling my grandson in his child cart/trailer. Interestingly, the Generation has no REI bike accessories whereas the Velotric has various basket sizes, child seats, etc.
I use the Velotric for running errands such as grocery shopping and going to the farmer's market. Loaded with groceries, myself (215#), bike lock, etc. it easily pulls me up steep hills. The longest ride so far has been around 22 miles. Half on level 2 or 3 assist and half on level 5 - I was testing the range. The bike easily will do the claimed distance.
I shopped several brands, including REI, before deciding on the Velotric. I highly recommend you take one for a test ride if you have a local dealer. Best wishes in your search and sorry this was such a long reply!

We recommend this ebike for shorter riders:
