Now I don't know if this is true or not. But the story has it that the origin of "The Dogs Bollocks" and "Bog Standard" are terms to come out of Mechano. A Kids engineering toy set. And there were two versions, "Box Standard" and "Box Deluxe" Eventually the wording morphing into the dogs bollocks as something good, and bog standard as something entry level and basic.

So i have a story about this game, where i made a fool of myself in front of a girl and her whole family involving this game. What I did ended up ruining my friendship with this girl in school.
So when you run out of lives in this game, it asks you if you would like to retry or if you want to quit to the main menu. So I was playing the tiger level on the great wall of china and i got to the tower portion of the level and lost all my lives. I was like maybe 11 or 12 at the time and was used to playing mario and for whatever reason when i got the game over I chose to go back to the menu and then accidentally start a new game, erasing the data of their complete game in the process. I did this in front of everyone, she had 2 brothers that also played the game.
After that we never went back to their house again... Feelsbad in hindsight but oh well. Thanks for listening.
I empathize. I accidentally erased my brother's game history in Chip's Challenge when we were both pretty young. It was a barrier in our friendship for a while. I wonder how many other people have had similar experiences?
at the time I didn't think it was a bad thing either. In my mind it meant that they got to play the game all over again. So i was pretty naive about it I guess.
Whilst i'm glad that it didn't only happen to me, i'm sorry that your experience also had such a negative effect on your relationship with your brother. I hope that you guys have since reconciled with one another.

Gotta release a video of Micheal doing the time trials in this game. This game is easier than the first 2, but the trials are MUCH harder.

It's not that hard to get the boxes though
He almost beat the damn level too! Took me half an hour after picking this back up.
That hog ride is onw of the easiest levels to white gem in the whole crash series.

Under any other circumstances, I would be annoyed that not only is Gavin hitting away the wumpa fruit, but he wants masks more than lives.
Then I remembered that this is Rooster Teeth/Achievement Hunter, so I get to laugh at Gavin and play my own version of the game with the knowledge that I’m not as bad as Gavin!

Probably just me, but i don't feel like this series is as fun as it could be with michael perfecting it. When it's just gav missing blocks and being himself then it's like.. i could do this.. With michael i could never do the perfecting thing.. i don't have the patience for it.

Gavin is not wrong that they gave him the best one for him. Since Crash 1 and 2 are actually subtly different to the way they originally were (and harder as a result) while Crash 3 remained exactly the same.
