It's truly remarkable to your commitment. Although it's part of your "giving back - vision" not to monetize the channel. I guess with doint it, you could help more quitting your 9-5 and have more time off and could resign from your job and maybe add 1-2 days of Remote Consulting (Answer the questions...) if even necessary. Just a thought.
I think I enjoy as a hobby. I don’t think I would enjoy it the same if it was my livelihood. The balance is good right now 👍

My first child will be born next month and the importance you give to your family makes me wonder if I'm spending enough time with mine.
I think every parent worries about spending enough time and it’s a tough balance as we also need to provide. If you are worried about enough time it shows you care and I’m sure you’ll do great 🤙
