Thanks so much ! With the whole Coronavirus pandemic , my company got us trained to work from home. Our training , which is usually 5 hrs was condensed to and hr and a half under these circumstances. We have a training manual on the Avaya soft phone but I needed to actually see it. While there are some differences in our at home setup , you really explained it well. Now I understand it more, thanks again ! 💯💯

I am currently working on a Avaya One X Phone. My One X has been freezing up on me anytime I use the system options button. The 3 lines with the downward facing arrow. Do you happen to know what could be causing this! Once it freezes up I have to completely shut down my computer completely. I can't seem to figure out why I don't have this function available without the program freezing up on me.
There is a bug in Avaya One-X Agent v2.5.10 while being used in a Citrix environment. Try installing the latest version if you haven't already which is v2.5.11.
