      Yeah the movie and the music in unprecedented. They fit each other so well. Don't think Zimmer would've done as good of a job as Ludwig did with it. Sure it would've been amazing, but not sure it would "fit like a glove"

    creed is where my journey w/ ludwig's work began and I've been paying close attention ever since. This was a great summation of his craft and, just as importantly, the way he makes you feel

      Appreciate it! Totally on board with you. I can remember hopping right on a treadmill after I watched Creed in the theater, and from that point on I knew I was going to follow his career wherever it went

    LOVE this analysis! Ludwig's scores never cease to amaze and inspire. I definitely took lots of inspiration from Creed 1 & 2 for a boxing film I recently scored. Amazing stuff!

    Super cool and interesting video! The Mandalorian and Black Panther instrumentals are one of my favourite movie soundtracks.
    Also, liked the video you did on 'Chuck'. It was my first whole series I watched, and the ending still tears me up until this day.

    My favorite of his theme will always be The Mandalorian. It really brought a new out of this world sound to the franchise while still holding the same sense of wonder and heart. Still, Tenet's theme might just have one of the most mind-blowing approaches to creating sound.

    Lots of people are worried tenet composer that is not han zimmer but Ludwig have outdone himseft tenet ost like truck in place, rainy amd freeport seriously they underestimated him he is a musical genius and i can see him the next han zimmer in the future

    Anyone know the main midi controller Ludwig uses in his studio? You see it more closely in a video of him breaking down his process for Black Panther.
    Also, the black 8 channel mixing board he has on a keyboard tray? Also seen on his desktop in the same video mentioned above. I’m looking for a control surface like this one. Simple and minimal while looking good.

      Both actually. A few of Rocky's musical cues are brought back but most of the music, including the Creed theme, is Ludwig's work

    Did I watch the first Rocky(amazing film, would highly recommend) and suffer through every subsequent Rocky film(the series gets worse by each installment) just so I could watch and fully appriciate Creed solely because of Görannson? Maybe.
    Do I regret it? Fuck no.

      It's an analysis on the tones he is using, there are videos online which you can watch, where it shows his way of creating a score. Not very impressive, but that's just my point of view! Guy gets too much attention for absolutely nothing.
