Just bought the thing. Disappointed- audio dropouts, cracks and lost of connection on iPhone 15 pro and Soundcore and Sony xf 1000… please inform what are you doing to fix it?
Ok, so I got my Technics AZ80 earbuds to pair with the BT11 using LDAC codec. But the lag is out of this world... it's at least 1 second, it makes watching any video content impossible. This is irrespective of the source connected to the BT11; it's the same be it from PC, laptop or phone. Also, the connection is not very stable, at least from PC... audio occasionally breaks up and turns into static noise. I hope this will get sorted out in future firmware updates.
This product doesn't seem to be optimized yet. I can't connect. It doesn't work on other phones either. It seems that some people can and some can't. That's why it's still unstable............... Please note
I thought this one will be life saver for iPhone users! But users experience from internet says otherwise... Already i have tried like 6 different FiiO devices and no one was perfect. Still, I have ordered BT11, lets see in 2 days :)

When the settings say "disconnected", I try adding the device again and it connects and works fine after that.

So the device cannot be used as a receiver? How unfortunate.
This product is awful. Hard to use, glitchy, frequent audio drops. Do yourself a favour and look at another option.
Can the BT11 transmit audio simultaneously to two pairs of Bluetooth headphones?
