Thank you for nice clear instructions. I watched the iRobot video for Roomba i3 and could not find the silly tab at the get go. This video was a pleasure to watch and my roomba is happy and clean!

For anyone else wondering, you probably have those two gray roller bits upside down. Felt really stupid once I figured it out
Finally a nice voice. I’m a dude with a deep voice and can appreciate an easy listening voice. Thanks bro.
Thanks so much, Great video and voice!
Your voice is everything! My neighbors just gave me their 10 month old, "nonworking" roomba (sounds like a rescued a dog...I already got 3 rescued dogs at the moment as well as a dozen rescued reptiles haha) and they had NEVER cleaned it out...so no wonder it didn't work. This video was exactly the info I needed to get it in working order. I can't believe how much string and hair I've pulled out of the brushes. Thanks for the very helpful video!
Thank you for your kind words! I’m glad my video helped you
So funny. Been fiddling with this thing for 10 minutes. Watched vid for 10 seconds and fixed in 30 more. Thanks.
I don’t need my hubby anymore with your videos now I can do things lol Thank You

A great video! And I thought that this would be a very complicated procedure. I just bought some replacement rollers and it came with no instructions. Thank you so much for this RUclips video.
You're welcome
Thank you!!! I couldn’t get the long green piece back in. So frustrating. But I saw what I was doing wrong when I watched. Thanks again.

Cheers gezz you are a dude 👍 👌 I was about to start doing major surgery with my screwdriver at 03:34 lol and I don't think roomba would have been happy haha & it's 03:34 here in the UK, so their technical support is closed lol. They have these videos for people like me that can't be arsed to read the manual.😀 😉 😄 🤣
Perfect instructions. Thank you.

Thank you so much! I’m marking the part I frequently forget … 2:04. A suggestion: the easiest way to clean out the inside of the rollers is with an hemostat, what we used to call a Kelly clamp. I have 2 sizes and use them constantly.
You're welcome!
I for the life of me cannot get the brush is back in. How the hell are you supposed to line up the peg with the hole? What awful design
@cardplayer2124 did you ever figure it out?
Agreed.
That’s what I’m here for. What a pain
Excellent advice thank you kindly

@ruthn.442 thanks alot!
I struggled mightily for too long trying to figure out how to get the green brushes back in. Your visual showed me. Thanks

I cleaned the brushes and it still said to clean the brushes. Found out you have to take the bearings out of the brushes. I got one out , but can’t get the other one out. Anyone got any tips? I tried pulling w/ a needle nose. Also take one out at a time-I was putting it back in upside down. Duh! I got it!! The light one was easy, the dark one I had to pull back the rubber, get underneath it, and pop it out! Hope this helps anyone else! Thanks for the video. Haven’t done the round brush, I’m gonna see if I have to. Will let you know.

Does the order of the brushes matter?
I’ve tried everything but can’t get the two green brushes to seat again. Help?
Me too. Totally different experience from this video. 😭
@@pcdykman I had the damn 2nd brush backwards 😂. there's a hexagon on both ends of the dark green one
@kimnelsonhicks5209 did you ever figure it out?
Thanks it helped
Thanks it worked
You're welcome!
Should the Roomba be powered off when cleaning the rollers?
Yes
Thank you so much❤❤❤❤❤

Thanks for the video! After cleaning out 10 ton of hair from mine and installing everything properly again, it simply won't run. It seems like the rollers underneath don't want to roll anymore. Any idea?
Did you ever find a solution? I’ve cleaned and put them back in numerous times, but this time, once I close the little bar over the roller end, they will no longer spin. I’m so frustrated!
Woohoo, I found the answer!! The problem is the little gray pieces on the end of the rollers are removable. Take them off and even more disgusting hair!! Remove the hair, put the gray pieces back on, and voilà the rollers work!!!
Thank you!!!

I can not line up the dark green brush. I’ve tried for an hour and I think it is a lousy design. This should not be difficult. Nowhere on the site does it say how to line up the brushes the light green I can get to go in the dark green I can’t. It seems the dark rain should go in first but I can’t find any video it shows how to align.
@garyhukey9542 I agree with you! Can you please subscribe to my channel? After years of making videos I am so close to making it to my first 100K subscribers!
Life saver!
@julhhs you're more than welcome!
I’m having issues with the side sweeper not coming out 😭
did you ever get it in?
I cannot get the lighter color green brush out
It can be tricky. Here is a video of an i6 which is almost identical. I used a slightly different method of getting it out.

@nanceemalenfant9315 did you ever figure it out?
I thought mine was missing a corner brush
@TEAMCREAM_96 too funny! lol.
Did not show ends of brushes. Need to know as am visually challenged.
@drcubfan1938 sorry to hear that.
My dark green roller won’t move.
@cordelerolle5859 did you ever figure it out?
Nope😤 I’m ready to throw it out!!
@irenelapointe1777 no dont do that!
It does not fall into place
Brushes will not go back in. It’s definitely “a little tricky”
