Ive done 128k in a mk1 Octavia VRS with no issues and bought my company car facelifted 2010 VRS petrol with full spec, touchscreen satnav etc, etc, etc and ive done 95k in her no issues.best cars ever imo.. I drive many top spec Audi,BMWs,Mercs etc at work the skoda is hardly in the same league in the ego dept ,but I still love to get in my VRS after all these years and there is nothing to replace it.
Just bought a 2010 vrs diesel in race blue for £1500, it'll need the dmf replaced which is why it was so cheap and while at it the clutch and slave cylinder for between £1200 - £1500. But when that's all done, what a car for the money, it already goes like a scolded cat and when the works carried out I'll be able to enjoy without the worry of it breaking down. 😊
I have the 2.0tsi which hasn't been as reliable as my old MK1 vrs was. It's only done 40,000 miles and needs new shock absorbers front (misting) and rear (back end 15mm low)
+sssssneaker Great idea, except.. Wait until you want bits for one.. can't get stuff for cars over 10 yo.. Done it, been there. It would never happen with the Germans [VW group] WF
Alfa Seltzers may not be as water soluble as they used to be, but while I'd have one as a fully expensed company car, I wouldn't spend my own money on one.
Best used car they featured so far. definitely gets my vote

Had it for three years, spacious and reliable. Never lets me down, great car !
You could also get a 2.0 Turbo petrol the same engine in the MK5 Golf GTI

Did you buy a VRS?
How did it go?
Got my vote 👍
I have it has 345 bhp and 621 nm of torque
Octavia for me
Where is this car now ? Just did a mot check , done less than 7k miles on its last mot 👌🤔
Don’t think about buying one. Just buy one.
Great choice!
very good video. please do more used car videos. Skoda is indeed a very good car. Skoda is Volkswagen disguised in a chicken logo suit
The fuck did u just said a hot hatch did i hear that right?
It’s not a hot hatch if you get the diesel 😂
Golf GTI with bigger space!!
That's good but for the same money you can have an Alfa 159 Sportwagon 2.4, which isn't just faster and better looking, it's... an Alfa!
+sssssneaker

+sssssneaker Alfa is much more environment friendly, spending most of time in garage :D

Apart from the fact thay alphas break every five farts lol

Rather a Golf GTI.
Paying the extra for less car
I have one and they’re shit
