People who hated this album don't understand what RAP is. Rhythm and Poetry is what it stands for. This is pure art, the POETRY side of rap.

That's a myth, a coincidence, doesn't stand for that. But I agree that art should be about emotions, either make the viewer feel something or the artist expressing theirs through catharsis

@@pierocignetti8959 While it's hard to find out the true first meanings behind a lot of words, phrases, acronyms etc it's been widely accepted by most that this is what it stands for in spirit not by definition. Moments in time or over duration have made words n such mean alot of things. Being "Cool" isnt cold and "ratchet" isn't a tool these days, freestyle used to mean off the head not written but now it means "free of style" so it can be written, etc. With that being said RAP has been rhythm and poetry for decades. When that changes in mass culture then I'll hear ya out. But thanks for the response. You got my one response to a comment for the day😂😂 Nitpicking gets ya the response.

to answer your question, yes, the scene with the typewriters - is representing what's going on inside his head...
There's something called the "Infinite Monkey Theorem" and basically if you give a monkey a typewriter for an infinite amount of time while typing random keys the entire time - EVENTUALLY it will have created any work you could ever imagine (eventually)... so basically, he's saying he writes the same shit over and over until it FINALLY fits the expectation he has put on himself for trying to fit yours...

Loved that you got to Revival dude, you would enjoy other songs from the album such as In Your Head, Space Bound, UNTOUCHABLE (reeally looking forward to your reaction), Believe, Like Home, and the last 2 which should be done together Castle and Arose.

Also a cool double entendre "I had the world by the balls, eating out my palm" could be referring to him eating pills out of his own hand (pre recovery)
