Sadly there's no f2p setup that can do anything to moneybags. Each eden season gap only grows bigger. This season 3 such big guys just reinforcing tiles and our whole fraction just can't kick them out. Most attacks end with no losses to opponent at all

1st . Not any leagion works against spender .
2nd . If you want to set the defense leagion. Go to the leagions option and then click on up right side 2 arrows ❤🕊️
