These cars are not in the same category. 130 kw charging and 5 second 0-60 for the top end trim is lame for the Ariya. Genesis nearly doubles that, and and the Genesis is an entry luxury brand, so the interior is much nicer. There are much better EVs for half the price. If you have $60k, you're probably buying the genesis or a top end EV6, Ioniq 5, or Model Y.
This is a dumb comparison, why would you compare gv70 electrified with the ariya? Better comparison would have been with gv60 (all electric platform) with the ariya
Not sure what the point of comparing the Arya against the GV70, when it's really competing against the Ioniq 5.
I would think someone would cross shop the Genesis with a Lexus RX 450h or 500h F Sport rather than a Nissan IMO.
But the genesis is a real luxury car. The Lexus RX is just a Camry on stilts with lipstick

There is a very big difference between the fwd Ariya, and the awd. I didn't like to drive the fwd, but i loved the awd so much i bought one.

Genesis has come such a long way it's almost always in my top picks when considering a vehicle. Especially when compared to a Nissan.
