FYI, Asian Games is the 2nd biggest sport event just after Olympic, the participation nation is only Asian country, there's a 45 Asian countries with 12.000 athlete and official.
And the next host country for 19 Asian games is Hangzhou China on 2022☺️

Ratoh Jaroh dance comes from the province of Aceh.
If we enjoy its extraordinary beauty, of course we should also know that the creator of the Ratoh Jaroh dance is Mr. Yusri Saleh, better known as Dek Gam.

This is the second time for Indonesia to be the host for Asian Games,before Asian Games 2018 Indonesia was hosting it in 1962,so imagine the anticipation of Indonesians over waiting it for so long to finally hold the games again,and for the opening ceremony Indonesia went with absolute bangerrrr!!!we built the stage complete with artificial waterfall and artificial volcano with the cauldron on the crater of the volcano,which was absolutely insane!!!

Asian games is the 2nd largest multi sports event in the world after Olympic.. Yes it's like summer Olympic held in every 4 years but only participated by nations of Asia continent..
This is tge second time Indonesia hosting the event after the First time back in 1962...

-) President Jokowi is known to never make his escorts clear the road for his motocade, and at a few point, he gets off his presidential car and _walks_ to the destination if the road isn't clear or hard to access. It's shown in the video when his motocade got trapped in the traffic of supporters, he said "Let them be" and gets off the car.
-) Before and as president, President Jokowi is known to personally visit project sites or the suburbs to listen to the people's voice and get a close view of the situation himself to make sure everything goes well and figure out what's the best next step. How the video shows him riding the motorcycle through the suburbs shows this.
-) As a fun fact, President Jokowi is a fan of heavy metal and is a biker himself, which explains the music and how the motorcycle got chosen for the opening.
ASEAN GAMES are a sports event such as Olympic but held only for all Asia Country.. And at this event in 2018 is the first time South Korea and North Korea become one team as a Korea only. After such a long time they got seperated to each other..
