    Great video but also Look into earthing or grounding if your unfamiliar… it’s work for jet lag! basically you can walk bare foot in a park or you can buy earthing wrist band that when you sleep they plug into the ground of the receptor and it adjusts your circulation rhythm fastest because your getting the energy from earth…I’ve travelled lots and that’s my go to!
