Thank you guys for helping others! Pray for the folks in my county of Muhlenberg in KY who were hurt by tornadoes. Our family and our community was in between the tornadoes and the Almighty put a hedge of protection around us! To God be the Glory. It is also heartening to see the outpouring of help from churches, and organizations of Christian origin . We have been blessed with help from everywhere. American is still taking care of its own.

Mr. Robertson, I am struggling. My 33 year old brother killed himself this year. It's our first Christmas without him. I don't know how to get through the loss and grief. How can this be God's plan? I would appreciate anyone reading this to send me and my mom a prayer and any verses you think could bring peace. Suicide is never ending pain for everyone left behind.
Julz, I'm very sorry for the loss of your brother. When I read this it made my heart ache for you and your mom. I don't know the right thing to say about bringing any peace of mind to your family, but as a man who believes in Jesus and his forgiveness, I can see that God has had a plan all along since the beginning. That understanding only comes when you start to believe that Jesus came as human, lived died and was raised again from the dead to conquer death and sin and all of the guilt that sin has power over us. Truth is we don't know what happens after we die but when we trust in the resurrection of Jesus Christ we have a hope that what is written down in the bible is the inspired word of God. If you want to know, read the book of John, attend a church service and see for yourself that Jesus changes people who put their faith in him. He can help by giving you a light and life to live by Julz. May he give you peace.

I've wanted to die ever since I was 12 years old, but Jesus is saying that if I decide to die for his sake I can live forever in paradise! Otherwise, I will die anyway and go to hell. ... That's a no brainer right there. I was 26 years old at that time. A drug and sex addict. Violent and depressed. But seeking God.

When you see these things know that it is near.
