wagner s3 8p upgrade big fmic modded to fit a4 and 2.5inch piping with dv realocation welded on
S3 8P parts: Turbo, injectors map sensor, fuel rail sensor
rs4 b7 parts: lpfp controller, fprv (136bar)
apr hpfp
apr runner flap delete
cold air intake with 4 inch filter, foglight cold air feed, heatshield and inlet pipe upgraded
new cam chain tensioner, camchain, timing belt kit fuel filter ect full service everything brand new
95 octane base map 322 hp 437 nm lots left to be made after i add watermeth and go for the 99 octane remap

Damn she rips, I have the same car but for now i have a k03 stage 2 tune, intake, downpipe, and exhaust and its not nearly as quick - more than a second slower to 60mph. I have so many things I want to do to it but I was worried the tiptronic trans couldnt handle the torque of a k04 or bigger turbo but im glad to see its been done before. Something else I was looking into was the transmission tune from JH Motorsports to help our slow ass transmissions shift a little quicker, have you looked into it/considered installing it?
I m going for a custom gearbox tune aswell but not jhm, my oen tuner will do it where i mapped the car. It takes the power no problem. I have been beating on it for a year now zero issues and noe it makes more power.. i have another a4 b7 tfsi stage 2 aswell.. there a massive difference in power feel compared to k03 car.. this turbo is the perfect one for daily i love it
S.A.Tuning Thats awesome, another thing that worries me is the stock rods with a k04 turbo, did you ever consider upgrading them to ensure it wont blow up?

I just wanted to prove you don't need any rods for k04 if you jave a good tune... i m running my car atm 1.5 bar request and actual is 1.85 so its overboosting alot😂 i m beating on it daily and i did soamy launches and i never had an issue... all i do is i change my oil every 3k miles and i service the car properly. I know stock rods making 380hp on k04 on many cars without issues.. all you need is a quality tune

How simular is this trip to the one in like a 2003 passat fwd wagon? Ive heard simular as you that the box holds 250nm
That's the fwd gearbox aka multitronic. This is the quattro aka tiptronic holds 650nm
hey, I've heard that tiptronic (i have a4b7 250Hp/370Nm with same tip) does not handle well with 300+HP and so much torque. Did U modify / overhaul it?
I heard the same. Well its running like this for a year no problems. Stock gearbox. Factory oil from 2006 still. I don't know the torque number vut with 1.9 bars and k04 it must be over 450nm at least😂
Also this is an old video. Now its running 350hp

@@nastookaffszyyeah its a very good gbox actually.. very strong. Also its the same as s4 b7.. so if stock it can take the v8 torque and 340hp then we are good. I will remap for more power. Stay tuned i will upload a dyno run when i go and nee footage
@@nastookaffszy hello friend I also have the same quattro avant with tiptronic but stock with 200ps and I would like to add the same as you up to 250ps but I am interested in whether the consumption will decrease or increase I read on the forums how somewhere it decreases to 1l per 100km can you tell me please because you already have from driving this car with 250ps.

What is best, Tiptronic, or Multitronic?
Tiptronic (quattro is the strong gearbox) the multitronic comes only in fwd cars and it's not very stong but some people get away with stage 1 other have issues even at stock power

Crank of course.. it doesn't do that much at the wheel with a K04 even the best remap won't do that. The turbo it's too small

Yes and very low timing. Can use 95 octane without issues
I had an engine failure at 22psi k04. So I lowered it to 18psi
@@Keith-atsushi that's sad you should investigate. My software request 22psi and I run 29 30 for 1.5years no issues
@@Keith-atsushi i even run 28psi on stock software for half a year. Even with stock cat inside. Maybe you have fuelling issues

Tsi gen 1 and gen 3 are bad. Tfsi is okay and tsi gen 3 is the best one
