Ryzen 3800x CPU, RTX 3080. 32 gigs of ram. I don't think OpenGoal is too intensive to run on lower end PC's. Its not emulation, its running the entire game through OpenGL, natively. I think their official website has minimum PC specs, and they are quite low.
