Mr.David Fernandez, my old teacher. Even if it was just for a short while, i was very fortunate to have him as my maths teacher. Very strict with us boys but very passionate in our education. He taught us unity and moral values of a human soul. He's practically a legend in St.Johns Institution. Although he is retired, he's still very dedicated to SJI and her sons. I am really happy how this ad promotes that no matter how messed up a person can be, things can be alter with love. I like the whole concept of bad girl gang as i think even though the society doesn't see the good in you, there will be acceptance among all of us because everyone have different perspective on everything. Importance of having unity is clearly portrayed in this ad and what makes it better is how you don't look at someone's background to invest effort to spread love & happiness. Also, the ad was filmed beautifully. I really love how they embrace the busy streets, filters and somehow always stick to the idea of childhood memories. It sort of giving me vibes. I hope they could link viewers with the director & video editor because personally i think we need more brilliant films such as this. It would be great if the ad could come out as a drama series. (atleast i would watch it :'D) Overall the filmed was very cinematic and wish to see more in the future.
Not everyone is racist, there will always be the good and the bad.unfortunately its 'the bad' that always get the limelight....I had a teacher in primary school, her name was Mrs.Chua. Even as a child,I could feel tht she sincerely cared for me. She always rooted for me and wanted me to do my best. I missed the top 3 spot whn the final exams came in but because she felt i made good improvements, she bought me a gift to reward me.Mrs Chua...i dont know where you are now but know that your efforts and encouragement always stayed with me and i owe you so much for that.May God bless and guide you 😘

I studied in st mary girls school in Kuala Lumpur. All of my friends were chinese, indian and i am malay. We were like one happy family. We hang out together, we laughed and studied together. We almost shared everything together. I was so happy and i miss them so much. I miss everything about school and esp my girls ❤️ No matter what race and religion you are, always respect each others 😊
This is so true when I was in high school. I was in sekolah kebangsaan where half of my class were non-Malays and it was as normal as I can remember. Then we parted ways and things were not the same anymore.
Mohamad Zulhelmi I agree your view but I have different background from you is both my classmate have too many blend Sino-Bumiputera and Bumiputera student in Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan and Sekolah Menengah because my place (Kota Kinabalu,Sabah) is a multicultural city so this environment are different than peninsula Malaysia. Additionally, I'm a half Chinese and half Rungus (Sabahan Bumiputera) but my identity card is Chinese because my father is come from Pahang and my mom is a native Rungus Bumiputera.

1979 I was in that school and that rainforest tree is the most specific tree that made me spotted it was my school where the video was shot. It's MGS Melaka! This ad is so nostalgic!! So much of memories in the school and yes we were in unity back then, no talks about religion or race. We all speak English and Malay in school, and learn some chinese from the chinese friends who came from chinese school to our school. We are all still friends and have our group chats now and yes we are all still like how the Celcom ad presented. I wish it's like that for everyone else. From primary school, I felt weird as why no Chinese in my school (Indian got some)...until secondary school did I notice got SKJ(T)/SKJ(C). As long as this SJK (sekolah kebangsaan jenis) exist , it's hard to give unity (perpaduan).
Shiryuu sama basically got nothing to do with types of school but quality of education and equality in it. have u even look into why these days even more malay are sending their children to sjkc school? parents wanting good education not conditioning education. in the past, sekolah kebangsaan used to be on par or not better than sjk but nowdays unless u got $ to send to private school one is left with very little choices. As a kid is easier to forged unity but when reality hit oneself like entering Uni then one will start to question unity because without equality there's no unity and that's the fact cause is why human is always in war.

My friend even send their son to Chinese school, it's to learn chinese language not due to its high standard..lol but can't deny Chinese school is more strict. Mereka sanggup bersusah senang bersama kerana tahap kesetiaan yang tidak dibeli dengan wang tunai telah berjaya mengekalkan hubungan mereka sehingga pada hari ini. Kesetiaan di anatar mereka merupakan nilai yang terkata kerana ianya amat mahal disebabkan mereka terdiri daripada pelbagai kaum dan saling hormat menghormati diantara satu sama lain . 1979 I was in that school and that rainforest tree is the most specific tree that made me spotted it was my school where the video was shot. It's MGS Melaka! This ad is so nostalgic!! So much of memories in the school and yes we were in unity back then, no talks about religion or race. We all speak English and Malay in school, and learn some chinese from the chinese friends who came from chinese school to our school. We are all still friends and have our group chats now and yes we are all still like how the Celcom ad presented. I wish it's like that for everyone else. Hope that applies to everyone else with the newer and future generation for the best of our community. Selamat Hari Malaysia.

dulu perpaduan kita kuat tak kira dari malaya,sabah atau serawak..tetapi sekarang semenjak ada laman sosial perpaduan kita banyak berpecah..
From primary school, I felt weird as why no Chinese in my school (Indian got some)...until secondary school did I notice got SKJ(T)/SKJ(C).
As long as this SJK (sekolah kebangsaan jenis) exist , it's hard to give unity (perpaduan).
