NEW ORDER 'CONFUSION' (BLADE SOUNDTRACK / BLOOD RAVE) TB-303 / TB-03 / TB-3 / TD-3 PATTERN

- How to program a couple of the synth lines to New Order's 'Confusion (Pump Panel Reconstruction Mix)' on the Roland Boutique TB-03, in 'Original' pattern write mode.
This track famously appears on the Blade Soundtrack. I've seen it called 'Blood Rave' and credited to The Crystal Method, but it's actually New Order.
The second synth line was pre-programmed on the TD-3. The TD-3 is taking MIDI clock from the TB-03 and it's audio output is being fed back into the TR-03 Mix In.
The pattern will work on the Roland TB-303, TB-3, Behringer TD-3 or any 303 clone.

Thank you. On top: It would be really helpful for your viewers if you pressed the buttons slower and evenly timed and clearly with one not with two fingers. Because the light of TB03 are for what ever reasons in the buttons one cant see which one lights up.

Sounded like crap until about 3:33 then I was like this is amazing lol
I did pick up the individual sections as he went along (was really focused on what he was doing and why), but even so, similarily to you, when he put it all together and started pushing that volume knob on the TD-3 at 3:45 , he really got me rocking. Awesome stuff.

Wow man.... these patterns are great. Someone knows in the first pattern when he introduces the time keys wich keys is he pressing? It's difficult to follow since there are no lights in that mode.

pretty sure its the second pattern he programs on the tb03. then the tb03 plays the first pattern while the td3 plays the second pattern.

Do you know the pattern from “blood is pumping” by voodoo and Serano? Been looking around everywhere and can’t find it
That wasn’t sequenced on a TB 303. It was sequenced on SH 101. Similar to Darude’s Sandstorm. If you listen closely to blood is pumping, it has a pitch bend in the main riff, 303‘s don’t have pitch bend effects.

Wasn't it Public Domain? took me years to find out New Order did it in the 80's way before them.
My mistake, It is new order on the first movie. Public domain wasn't until 2000
Well, actually, the OST track is about 75% Pump Panel (by Ego Acid - ruclips.net/video/V_a8cLMS2TM/видео.html), 15% Reconstruction and some 10% of that New Order track...just noted here to avoid the Confusion ;)

The description says guide but at the beginning of the video text covers your actions then you use two fingers making difficult to know which buttons you pressed. I'm sorry but thumbs down from me.
If u got a 303 and spend time with it, you definitely know what he is pressing.

I have the phosyon & already worked out the pattern.
Due to button layout this vid is a terrible guide as it’s not translatable unless you first map out a 303..
You can just watch the next vid in the last save time & get what you want.
