Single use RPG that provides 340 mm penetration of armored steel!
I was anti tank in the US Marines and was always fascinated by these cheap light anti-armor weapons, but until now there was no good content on them. Thanks for sharing!
We've exported tons of them to you from Sweden! NLAW, Carl-Gustaf, AT4, most of the modern US ones!
Kind of mad that the Charlie-G was invented back in 1948.
@@TzunSu I've fired most of the ones you just named, not the NLAW tho.
@@nonyabeeznuss304 Fun to hear! What were your thoughts?
@@TzunSu My favorite was the LAW because they were really handy to bring along for use on enemy hard points. They aren't very long when collapsed and don't weigh much so you can strap 2 of them to your pack and hardly notice them there until you needed them.
@perepolox did a Video on them
Panzerfaust indoor version! Good job Poland!
it's a "Swiss army" RPG :)
@@rhalfik no this one's from Poland the Swiss one fires a rearward ballast
@@manchagojohnsonmanchago6367 I think he meant it it in Idiom sense...like the swiss army knife of RPGs
@@manchagojohnsonmanchago6367 In America, unless we're actually having a conversation about the Switzerland's military, if someone says "Swiss Army", they're referring to the Victorinox Brand, red colored, Folding Pocket Knives that have all kinds of tools in them like scissors, magnifying glass, saw, bottle opener, knife blades, tweezers, toothpicks, leather punch, etc. I have a friend that I went to school with for 2 or 3 years who's father was in the Swiss Army. I remember him saying that what we called a "Swiss Army Knife" was nothing like a Swiss Combat Knife. They make great watches too(for the money). I don't know if other countries refer to Victorinox Pocket Knives as Swiss Army Knives. We also call the folding pocket tools that are a pair of pliers and have other tools that fold out a "Leatherman". They're just one manufacturer of those tools, but it's what everyone calls a folding pocket sized multi-tool.
The Polish industry dumped those RPGs at low cost to gun dealers, who in turn will sell them to guerillas or drug traffickers. Good business model.
This is like the STEN gun of anti tank weapons
10/10 bro💪🏻
I thought the piat covered that lol
An excellent training video for an equally awesome RPG KOMAR. As a retired US Army soldier and instructor, I can appreciate simple and insightful training methods you used. I particularly liked the "in-field" tips on sling carrying the KOMAR. Simple things such as that are often overlooked. Hand Salute and Long Live A Free Ukraine.
Using googles for firing was forgotten...
There is pretty enough of high end wapons in UA already. Powerful yet big, clumsy, weighty and madly expensive. Not suitable for silencing soft targets as mg nests, sniper nests, cars, apc's, hoovering choppers etc. The Komar is an unique concept of pocket artillery that light infantry needs the most. Can be launched from laying down position, without blowing one's boots off, from within hideouts or without being concerned about dead zone in the back. Unlike rpg-7 it is equipped with inertial fuse not prone to go off accidentally. One can carry five of them not being scared of banging obstacles with warheads. Easy to carry while climbing, sneaking or crawling. Consider it as insanely powerful shotgun. Or Noisy Cricket from MiB :)
Or from inside a building or vehicle.
An excellent compliment to the other AT weapons in use. No backblast is a game changer. Hand salute.
I'd much rather fire a javelin at 2km away to destroyed a 5million dollar tank. Lock that target on and fire and forget
@@AR-bd5hb what about bmp's and others armed trucks - you would be out of javelins pretty quick if not bankrupt. Also, javelins has minimum engagement distance 65m direct and 150m for top attack, nlaw - 20m. Price matters - nlaw over 30k$ and javelin over 170k$. Also weight is a factor. I think UA army should have range of anti-tank weapons - old Komar is better than nothing
@@obszyn666 this is the difference between 3rd world thinking and 1st world. European race in history has always considered quality. Communism has created a Communist culture. 60k jav to destroy 500000k bmp ill take any day
Fool is giving us 10/10 content from the front lines in Ukraine. respect
Im also from Arizona, I want RPG.
this didn't aged well
This takes drive-by shooting to a new level !
holy shit i literally jumped when you touched the tip of the warhead lmao XD
There is "szkolny" written on the side which means "training" or "practice"
It's an inert training model.
This rocket has a safe warhead that han be struck.. He's wrong about Russian rpg 7 rockets though the safety cap being removed doesn't make them dangerous.. They have a standoff fuze.. The Chinese rpg7vdosnt have this and can kill you if you strike the armed grenade on something with enough force.. You'll see videos of people keeping the plastic safety caps on the Chinese rounds even when loaded in the launcher
Honestly, not every big target is a tank. You're going to encounter targets that are at distance and require an explosion to eliminate.
Just as every infantry man is equipped with grenades, every infantry man should have one of these available. It's light, it's simple.
Hell, it might even work very well with top attack.
One of these right in the drive sprocket or a good hit on the tracks would still disable a tank. Infantry absolutely should have tools to at least harass tanks
It's not just that, actually most big targets aren't tanks at all, these things will work well against BMP's, BTR's, BRDM's, trucks and lightly armoured, or soft skinned vehicles. This thing might not be able to make a tank cook off from the front but if you can blow up the fuel trucks supporting those tanks they're not going to be very effective anymore.
i THINK the minimum arming distance is 25 meters still isnt it? ud have to be firing from a pretty tall building to top attack i think.
Man I love your channel I watched everything today
Thank you very much man!
same here i just found him today! some very informative videos here for sure
mee too i found the chanel yesterday and the chanel grew 55 subs from then.
Love the video. Very good explanation of a weapon system I didn’t know existed until today!
This thing is super handy to have. Light, short and powerful, with fairly good range.
If i will have to go to war, i would love to have one of those with me, no doubt!
By the way, i'm Polish, so there is a "chance" i will... (hopefuly not).
Ukrainians have RPG 76's now as a gift from one of the NATO country, I hope they will make a good use of i t:)
Poland gave Ukraine their entire stock of RPG 76s. Over 100k. Poland retired them from service years ago but had them s

RPG 76's as a gift from POLAND.
@@cmanlovespancakes I would say 20K units at most. Many of them were ophased out or used for trainings over the years.
RC Maniak -Oh, yes! Many thanks for such supplies for the Donetsk and Lugansk armies! Javelins , and other weapons we get in large quantities . This is good humanitarian aid from NATO countries for our soldiers . The Ukrainian fascists , while fleeing , throw these weapons on the battlefield by hundreds of tons . And it's like it's not superfluous for us! Thanks! We are waiting for more deliveries!🤣👍
@@user-tv7wh4gy6j Do you like ukrainian poisoned cookies and alcohol?
Great video, as well as the rest of the channel. Can't wait to see more of it
that's an excellent presentation of this weapon system.
thanks, brother!

found your channel just yesterday. good stuff! hello from the republic of Georgia!
I stumbled on your channel by accident and I must say I'm glad I did. Good content bro
Just found your channel and I must say I'm really enjoying the content, keep it up!
Komar, welcome to Ukraine.

I have never seen this weapon before. That's cool!
That's a very nice shorty AK you have there. I like the smaller tanker mag and the cheek wield support you gave yourself with the stock. Makes the regular wire folder better without doubt.
Nice piece of kit and now I know how to use it! Thanks
Just found this channel I love these vids and the content 10/10 good sir
What a great instructional post. After watching this vid anyone can use the rpg 76 komar.
Dude this is awesome. Your dry-humor made me bust out laughing numerous times. Hope you are well!
Komar - in polish is "mosquito".
Yes, exactly its a mosquito bite. painful.
Pozdrowienia z Polski.
Slava Ukraine
w sam raz na tłuste dupsko putina :D
very informative channel, thank you Sir
excellent tutorial, you are a very skilled teacher
I trust this dude since he has more military experience, but when he moved his finger to simulate pressing button my heart sank.
Don't worry, this RPG-76 "KOMAR" is safe because it's a training grenade launcher (SZKOLNY + white markings) 😁
There is also a training version of this grenade launcher (ĆWICZEBNY), which can be fired, but it does not have explosives, propellants, detonator and primer 🙂
same :D
Excellent information here. You have a new subscriber. I too am Polish and American.
love the channel and vids bro
I just saw footage of a KOMAR being used against russian vehicles. Its 2/27/22 so you can guess on your own where it was seen
So, besides the awesome content you offer. I just love the accent.
Wielkie podziękowania dla Polaków z Ukrainy
They gut something better 4 Weeks ago.... ,,WARMATE" Drones and ,,PIORUN" from Poland
"Poland only made 100,000"
Oh, ONLY 100,000
"They have been sold onto the free market, so expect to see them in Africa, Asia and South America"
Haha, nope they're not going that far. Straight over the border. Whoever bought these had some insider trading knowledg of what was going on.
Excellent vid, Thanks.
Well Russia was built up in attack formation for months and months beforehand...it was pretty obvious something was up
We should definitely make more of these! They are cheap and yet very effective, especially against lightly armed vehicles :) Why use an expensive Javelin against a BMP1/2, if you can easily destroy it with the Komar? :)
@@schizo667 the US has started making the full sized RPG-7, so they're already producing the most complicated part.
The Polish industry dumped those RPGs at low cost to gun dealers, who in turn will sell them to guerillas or drug traffickers. Good business model.
The KOMAR looks fun.
Awesome dude!
little did you know this video is probably being shared around the ukrainian partisan groups!
Slava Ukraini!
not sure why i'm seeing review on gun stuff i'm not even allowed to own a airsoft in my country but that's indeed pretty cool

This is exactly why my friend. U use that knowledge well
On this piece here, there is text "SZKOLNY" - meaning it's for training
Finally.....an unboxing and rating that I can get behind

we need unboxing videos like this in the us 😁
@6:17 Valgear, I love you. Stay safe my friend.
This is beautiful

this is straight up partisan instructional vids for ukraine. love it
At first i felt quite hard discomfort when he tapped the warhead, then i read szkolny on side meaning training
Really nice videos man. I wish I knew where to get one of these replicas in the US.
Wow. The Panzerfaust comes full circle.

Keep it up and my Yankee brothers and I, will be tempted to "visit" and stay awhile.

As I suppose after war in Ukraine we have to consider to restore production of RPG76 ... Regards from Poland
Oh man I was so nervous the way you flipped up and down the cover of the button... And when you put your hand over it I lost it.
It's not a real rpg, this is a non functional training unit :)
@@dominikdeluga5268 yeah when he pushed the button I realised but before that it was a bit tense.
Its sorta like the old school Panzerfaust.. fire and forget
Look like a panzerfaust and rpg had a child
@@williejohnson1732 too true!
Well after war Poland was given one or few Panzerfaust factories. So they experiment with their own versions of them. One of the latest versions you can see in this video, so you are all right about similarity
The *Backblast* 💨 would kill you with a Panzerfaust if you tried to shoulder fire it🔥
Not fire and forget
amazing
How did you even get hold of these weapons.... just waiting to see u holding the nuke made by russia, and using it.. 😂
Nice videos. 👍
it's a training one, still goddamn rare
Its made in Poland. The "Szkolny" on the side means its for school use - training.
Polane delivvered many od RPG-76 Komar to the Ukraine
And at the end giving tips on layering the nuke with your other gear :D
Szacun!
That's quite the blast
hey, i love your vids man, but im curious, what rig do you use? it looks like russian smersh, am i right? where have you got it from?
Simple and niceworking

realy good videos, but i have one question that will not go away. how you get all the good stuff

God I was sweating Bullets when ever you put your finger on the button trigger lol.
now that’s what i call a pocket rocket !
Hello from Poland :)
Super !

Your "summer" uniform which you are using in other videos looks great! Can you send link or something so i can check prices?
Komentarz taktyczny.🇵🇱
compact, light, deadly little launcher that you can have with you in situation when normal rpg id to big to carry, fine back up tool and also easy to hide
It's funny because Komar means mosquito in polish. I'm sure it does sting a little.
That first bit of footage looked like some 2004 footage ypu would see on a forum
This has to be the spiciest Roman candle ever.
Dobre rpg🤙🍻
Coś polskiego tego się nie spodziewałem
No elo xD
A modern day Panzerfaust... I love it ❤
This is actually such an interesting concept, why was it fased out completly? i can see it having use as an light anti-material weapon. It looks perfect for mounted or airborne troops and the mechanism isn't complicated at all. Great for covert operations, easy to hide. Idk if you can remove the warhead but then it would be even more compact. Would fit in a backpack almost. Hide a bunch of these and pop Russian patrols when they don't expect it. Try hiding a NLAW...
Before war in Ukraine even started.. Ukrainians already had tons of lightweight, one time use ATs (such as RPG 22, RPG 26, etc). They also have tons of RPG 7. I'm sure that they use plenty of those to ambush Russians convoys that consists of BTRs & Ural/Kamaz Trucks.
NATO standards require that the warhead self-destructs in a case of a miss. The original 1970s design did not have self-destruct fuse. Manufacturer prepared an upgraded fuse for a retrofit, but the retrofit (100K weapons) was judged too iffy. I understand a combination of factors (old production runs) would make the retrofitted weapon even less reliable than it already is, due to time in storage.
This is associated with the main issue today - from 1991 to 2014 nobody, NOBODY thought we will EVER AGAIN need to mobilize a large army against some invader. So "mass produced, simple, cheap, though maybe not-that-reliable" was completely out of fashion. Conflicts were supposed to be small and far away, fought by expensive special forces with many years of training, who were to be given the most sophisticated, most reliable weapons. I believe all European countries kept tanks somewhere in dusty attics (if even that) by sheer inertia and because the paperwork to dispose of them is truly onerous. You could get a tank pretty much at the scrap metal price, some operators of kid's amusement parks bought them, for kids to crawl inside. My sons loved those. Germany, being the best in paperwork, disposed of most of it's tanks the fastest. Poland kept a thousand or two, 50/50 because of bureaucratic inefficiency and because in 2005 we had a Defense and Foreign Affairs minister who envisioned (what a fool, so they called him) that mass land warfare in Europe is NOT a passe thing.
It might reappear soon - ZSP Niewiadów, the company that produced the original RPG-76, said some time ago that they'll develop a new version.
Kama3 and Tigr drivers hit the unlike button ;)
What webbing are you using in the video in the snow part?
I am blown away. This looks dangerous as fuck to fire and I sure as hell wouldn't wanna put my face so close to detonation, "wolf pussy" (the foul gasses emitted from the breach after firing im not a wierdo). But hey if it works it works and its super compact and light. I love soviet and eastern European militaria and this RPG76 is news to me.
who the fuck gave that moniker
@@ganii1804 artillerymen are weird, dude 😆
It was made to be easy, safe and cheap to use ..designed by people much smarter and better educated than you...amd it is ultra light.
This is how it looks like while firing: ruclips.net/video/3zgQkSNfKU4/видео.htmlsi=0Oe_OnYpZdJMAqGw. So yes, definitely a lifetime experience:)
But the advantage is that you can shoot out of very confined spaces and even by sticking it out through the car's window. If you search it on Google, you can find the manual (it's a sticker on the launch tube) which has pictures showing safe distances in different firing positions.
Great content here. But... Is this guy a mercenary or something? Or just a hobby gun enthusiast xD?
Nice winter covering. Do they sell that in Poland ?
This spring in Ukraine mosquitos will bite really hard.
that rpg is rad
nice
"we will see where these will appear" - one month later---> ukraine :)
I noticed that the fins were instantly on fire and that the soldier had to turn his head to avoid the gauze and heat caused by the shooting, it is true that it is very handy and fast, but still there is a lot of risk of burning your face you have to be experienced and well trained in its use if not very good as a portable rocket launcher
Lack of newly modernized fuze is sad history, as it is VERY handy and useful weapon to give squad some hard hitting / support capability. It is not to fight main battle tanks, but against emplacements, technicals, light skin vehicles, improvised trucks and whole range of annoying shit on battlefield it is cheap and useful.
Crazy it's not a recoiless rifle! I've never seen one but I hope you have thousands of them! Destroy a lot of Russian armor!
Seems better than a panzerfaust
