lets not forget that before Boy George had the courage to say 'this is me ' it was considered wrong for guys to have their right ear pierced ....to wear anything non conformist ...to express themselves with hair ,makeup and fashion (along with Bowie)...we have so much to thank him for ...for putting his head above the wall in the line of fire and standing up to critics...without people like him the things that most take for granted today would simply not be ....Thankyou Mr Odowd for being a symbol of people who are different and dont go by the norm ....(From a fan right from your first appearance on TOTP 1983)
I have always loved boy George he had such a different type of personality the way he used to dress back in the day and such a great singer saw him in Mohegan sun and it was amazing would see him again no problem
