Runaway WaveRunner at the Boat Ramp! NO RULES @ Shoreline!

Independence Day, One of the busiest days on the water and it is sure to bring the charachters out. I was able to spend an hour at Shoreline Park and capture some great footage for you guys. Its so hit or miss down here on the GulfCoast, its a Toss up between a dozen ramps in the area to figure which is going to provide the juciest content.
