AM 4 | Airline Reputation | Staff/Training

Been a while now since I have posted a AM4 video.
This is a short informative video about Reputation (Marketing Campaigns), Staff Training & Game Settings.
AM 4 has 2 ways to increase your Reputation:
1. Increase Airline Reputation Campaigns:
- this campaign has 4 slabs with different % of effectiveness and also 4 time slabs you can choose from. All
2. Eco-friendly:
- well basically it's to promote your Airline's Eco-friendliness, this gaining 10% Reputation. It's for a fixed 12 hrs period.
Next is Staff Training:
Well as you level up, you gain 1 Training Point for each level completed.
These points are to be used to train your Airline's staff for better efficiency, and also to expand your Airline's horizon.(Eg: Fleet limit, Events, etc)
Finally the AM 4's Settings tab has some pretty good options, like to choose between IATA & ICAO codes as you prefer, whether you want to receive Game notifications or not, also a Battery Saving mode.

im very late but thanks for the video, honestly dont like using the campaigns since your rep just drops back down to where it was before once its done. So knowing staff training improves it helps a lot

What causes you to get training points i.e. is it the more flights you do or buying planes etc? what do you have to do to get the training pints?
Hey Ryan, if I'm not wrong every time you level up(XP) you get 1 training Point!
PS: I haven't played AM4 for a while now😅
A little late to this video. But I've had the game for about 3 days. And my question is. Do I just have to accept that the campaigns will keep getting more expensive, or do they stop increasing eventually
Ah Yeap you are very right here! The campaigns keep getting costlier, to the number of Aircrafts deployed on Routes(or the total A/c you own, either 1).🤔
But later on when your profits surge up exponentially with the big Jets, it's negligible.😃
Hey, I accidentally dropped my employee morale below 80% and lost 4% reputation.
Is there a way to gain back that lost 4%?
Hey Droid, the best way would be to get the salary to the lowest possible and then increasing it back up!
PS: This method is only for those who have fully completed their Staff training (with training points)
So what do the generic "increases pilot level by 1" do? You say in the video to click on them to see effects but that doesn't tell me anything other than obviously leveling up my pilots, which I knew was the point the whole time.
Also, what does operations training mean by increasing pilot efficiency by 1? 1 what? Percent? Efficiency of fuel consumption? Of morale loss?

Well honestly your Right! There is no given effect for levelling up Pilot efficiency, except the fact that by completing it, the next Skill in queue is unlocked...(but maybe it improves something not specified)✌️

Operation training, training related to improving operation based Staff's efficiency...it probably affect realism Player(maybe). Maybe they face A/c incidents during flight...like IRL
The other reason for Easy players will only be to unlock the next Skill set...
The Pilot efficiency increases by 5 levels(just as Pilot & Mechanic). The other Fuel, Co² emissions & Repair cost are all based on Percentage {%}

Hi guys, quick question...When you have completed all the staff training why is there an option to reset it? What will that do?
Well firstly resetting staff training means that you want to redo staff training all over, back to square One(I'm not certain, but I think your points should be returned as well).
It's doesn't have any benefits, just that maybe for a new player(still progressing through staff training). If they did a particular training upgrade, but then felt that it should be balanced.(it would be a help)
Well that's how I see the Reset option in AM4.😄

Does the ticket price influence the Reputation as well?
No I don't think Reputation is directly influenced,
but if you increase your ticket price too much or below a certain amount, you could lose Pax...or even have a empty flight!✌️
I‘m having troubles because these marketing campains are so expensive. Without them I don‘t have a lot of passengers but I don‘t have the money to buy them. Any thoughts?
Hey, umm maybe you could avoid the longer duration ones, and only choose as per your active time(when you send out planes). You could choose the lower campaigns for a bit and then go back to the best.
Also since you said you don't get a lot of pax without the campaigns, start or maybe Change a few of your routes to Good destinations with higher demand.

I only have 13 Dc-9-10 should I buy the 3rd campaign or 4th or 1st. I already bought eco
It depends on your planes configuration bro...& destinations too!(hopefully you have set to high pax routes) Then the 4th is the Best, choose the duration wisely (you save a bit).✌🏼
@@nightfury_99 thanks, all of the dc9s have stopover, so all in all their flights are 4 hours more or less and so far idk what campaign is most profitable with 10+ of dc 9s
