I just came across your channel and loved the "coming in hot" with your little plow (plough) 4-wheeler...!! I do that with my car on the ice in our driveway and I am a 63 yr old mom and my daughter cringes. Thank you!
Lots more doors to open on that Wera Advent Calendar - I enjoyed the “double” surprise opening mine earlier today. Great video as always; all of the benefits from the practical woodworking exercise, and that wasn't mess, it was loads of shavings for fire lighting later. Remember that (striving for) “perfect” is often the enemy of progress, and you continue to make plenty of progress!
Oh it's been a while being at -30° for me. But it's hard to describe it to friends who have never experienced it, or for that matter ever will. Our mutual friend Alex Frood is the only other that springs to mind. Love the ploughing with that beast. I bet the pivot steering makes the job so much easier. I enjoyed a Christmas visit to Finish Lapland and experienced all the winter transportation modes , sleigh,snowmobile etc but it was only -20 positively balmy compared to your experiences! I raise my glass of whiskey to you all and merry Christmas folks. Looking forward to your news offerings

Looks so stunning, here in Lancashire about 5 years since it went down to -15, so its twice as cold there. I've a girl in Aus, near Perth and it was + 40 today, so 70 degrees different ! It really is an amazing world. Keep up your great work ✌
What a heaven for me, if i could i would trade my HOT Portugal for any Nordic country. We have "good" weather but freeze inside our homes more then you at 30 below, and usually our landscape is color dead gras. Like our videos, at least i can imagine myself on a snowmobile (we don't even have snow, just fires in summer) watching Auroras, but very warm inside and out of home.

I was thinking that life in the extreme cold, would make you more sensitive to the summer sun. It seems to burn the skin far quicker than years ago. Thanks for posting this winter wonderland and hoping you enjoy a good Christmas.
It depends how long I'm going out for. Believe it or not sometimes we nip out for 5/10 minutes just in a t shirt 😆 but yea, much longer and we would probably be dead haha. I can show my gear one time 👍

I would rather live somewhere cold like this than Australia. The constant heat drives me insane. I was born in June but I love winter.
