How to tune RC smoothing parameters and Feedforward for racing? You actually skipped this part completely, and I think it plays a very big role in how the quad feels in the air. I.e from MCK diff I can see he's using throttle_boost = 2, why?
Frame resonances are being addressed by notch filters generally. Besides that there is ambient frame noise, there is electrical noise from gyro, there is aliasing "noise" from gyro sampling.

Maybe you weren't there lol, cuz 533 Champs motors on all the Minchan's photos from champs. And he confirms he did run Champs 533 motors.

It’s true. Mck didn’t use any motors, he threw his quad around the entire track.
Why did you say "of course accelerometer off". Why would someone disable accelerometer?
Accelerometer is only needed for Angle mode, Horizon, GPS etc. Acro uses only a gyroscope.
