    Sir शासकीय जमीन पर 40 सालो से कब्जा है।
    पर हमारे पास कोई डॉक्यूमेंट नही है।
    शासकीय जमीन का मालिक बनने के लिए क्या क्या कंडीशन honi चाहिए। और कोन कोन से डॉक्यूमेंट बनाना पड़ेगा।
    जमीन का उपयोग आवासीय एवम आजीविका निर्वाहन के लिए किया जा रहा है।
    कब्जा धारी पास इसके अलावा राजस्व रिकार्ड में कोई भूमि नही है।
    वो एक भूमिहीन person है

    Makan malik ne Cm or Thane me complaint bhi kra di h but 12 saal ke bad 14ve saal me to court ka fesla kya hoga? Plss reply

    Bhaiya 30 saal se reh raha hu na road na bijali dur se connections liya hai tex deta h kabja 30 saal se registry bhi hai water connections bhi praperty tex bhi de raha hu ab kya kerna pedega purna makkan hoker naya makkan bannana hai per seller 20 logo k sath registry kiya tha 1989 m abhi tak sirf 2 logo ne hi kabja kiya hai hum rehete huiye 20 saal se uper ho gaya .....takin seller kehta hai ki aapko road ka paisa dena hoga .....coloney banner nahi di kabja kerne k baad mutation nhi hai ky ho jayega

    Or agar en 5 bato me se , 4 bate ho gai ho or last wali 5 bat nhi Hui ho to ? Pani or bizli ke bill bhi bhar rhe ho 14 saal se or vo bill bhi makan malik ke nam se nhi Balki ji se makan malik ne makan khareeda tha us ke nam se ata h abhi tk to ? but House tex 1 bar bhi nhi bhara ho to ? Ese me court ka fesla kis ke fevar me aa sakta h ?
