Imagine the whole crew just had a party with the captain and swam in the middle of the ocean and the captain just forgot to turn off the engine because his too drunk 😂
There is a problem with this scene. The math is wrong. There would be no reason to ship like that would be coming to a beach. It got way too close before people start getting nervous.
For anyone wondering the movie is called:leave the world behind😊
if you want to know this show is called 'leave the world behind' and its on netflix adults! HOPE I HELPED!
Whats it about
@@InfernoHound737im not sure but i think its like about the USA getting hacked like all of it being hacked but imm it sure
@@InfernoHound737 I can only presume a world where the the world is ruled by 11 year olds, as she is the only one with any observational skills and common sense whatsoever......
@@InfernoHound737A really stupid hypothesis of how technology would fail and people couldnt contact each mixed with surrealism. Nothing makes sense. Nothings explained. It's like literary realism, so very boring.

Those people on the Beach Has a Survival Instinct of a Deer when a 20 Ton Hunk of Metal is going towards it at a High Speed
More like 20,000 tons but yeah.
Actually I just looked it up and oil tankers can weigh anywhere from 25,000tons to 550,000 tons depending on size class. Absolutely bonkers 🤯
@@Skibiditoile343forwarduntodawn I mean't Cars but it's alright Mate
@@kiraakira8493 oh yeah sorry, of course lol. But I got to find now just how ridiculously heavy oil tankers are. So that's cool.😁
@@kiraakira849320 tons that more like a tank😅
They are the first smart people in a movie, most characters in movies would’ve just stay still looking or taking pictures until the ship is at arms length
This movie was scary, not horror but fear
Last time I saw a ship crash like this was in 1997 in San Diego.
I see your reference to Jurassic Park the lost world
One difference, though. Instead of nobody in the ship, there were multiple bodies in the ship xD
Wasn't that around the same time Sandra Bullock and Jason Patric were trying to stop a terrorist who highjacked a boat, which also crashed into a harbor port?
The running sideways was the smartest thing they did
The most crazy part to me is the idea that someone can drive a ship of that size in 3 feet of water in this movie.
it actually happens, look at the video of shipbreakers, they drive them up onto the beach that way for scrapping
@@billjohnson9472 Definitely true that they do that. They don't just do it at any beach though. The biggest thing though, is that the one in this video is so loaded that the hump in the front is completely submerged, while the ones that they beach in real life are floating really high in the water. It's likely that they offload everything they can get away with ahead of time in order to do that.
I loved that movie but a strange thing is that in the ending rose got the ended she wanted ..? 😮 I hope there’s a part 2!
My stupid ahh thought it was a blox fruits ship on auto drive 💀

You won't believe it, but the moment you mentioned the name after I saw the short. I immediately watched the movie and I just finished it. It was 2 hours and 20 minutes
Ah "the white lion" brings back very old memories..
I remember that place. The barlady used sit on the counter & play guitar sometimes.
@@poppingbubblewrap-t3x I assumed he was talking about Kimba.
@@billberg1264 I know, I was just joking. I've actually got a copy of Simba, from my late father.
the dad running so slowly made me cackle 😭😭😭
For people who don't know the boat had no one inside but many people died in that ship like alot so the chance of survival is 1.00 and there is a rare chance that the people who die in there are controlling it.
Is that esperanto?
@@krashdit is not English. Syntax and grammar are important.
Thats not at all what happened in the movie lmao
Lol did you actually watch the movie this clip was taken from? I think not.
If the people who died in there were controlling it, this would have been a zombie movie. : )
When a ship does this, the sailors say the ship has "run aground"
About to be crushed by massive ship, whispers "cmon archie lets go"
I would have too.🤷♂️
Kids look to the parents for guidance. You freak out, they freak out worse.
FINALLY someone running sideways and not away
Not Richie recording when they have a whole ship coming at them almost killing them😭😭
By getting hit by a cruise ship on an island, I can confirm this is no joke 😅
Hey, man! All I'm getting from this situation is, "Hey, free ship!"
When I watched this movie it genuinely scared me so much it’s super scary.

Leave the world behind, The ending is so dumb. ***Spoiler***⚠️⚠️⚠️:

Leave the world behind it’s on Netflix but if you want me to do a explanation : so one day a family went to the beach and out of nowhere a big cargo ship appeared and approached them so they kicked everyone out of the beach and they got home safely but then at night their tv turns on and has a warning but they didn’t know what it was so they just left and went to sleep then in the morning the girl sees that there’s a reindeer but then when she goes closer to the reindeer she gets lost into the wood and luckily did she now that there was thousands of reindeers and what they also didn’t know was that they where the only humans on America. 2k Likes for Part 2.❤
I especially like the way they didn’t even attempt to warn anyone else. So realistic…..
I would be terrified
Imagine peacefully sleeping on the beach listening to music and this happened
Pretty sure the movie is called leave the world behind if anyones wondering
I love the girl she is so brave and smart I like her she is cute ❤
Imagine the whole crew just had a party with the captain and swam in the middle of the ocean and the captain just forgot to turn off the engine because his too drunk 😂

That's no boat. Chewy, get us outta here!
This is my favorite movie it’s called Leave The World Behind
At that speed there would be a huge displacement wave.
Unless one believes in the Inverse Displacement Theory.
Look at that boat so big
That's what she said 😂😂😂
About your friend?😅
There is a problem with this scene. The math is wrong. That ship fully loaded draws 60 feet of water, it would begin plowing the bottom long before,, AND The total mass of a super tanker has been calculated,,, the beach would not stop it for as much as 1/4 mile. In this scene the boat stopped far too soon.
The boats underside would be so far below the surface, it would start dragging and shipwreck way before the shoreline.
I thought it was just me thinking this stuff...
That ships not fully loaded, it’s not empty though either so your point still stands, the bulbous bow would have struck a hundred yards offshore lol
@@FundyisleLegacy BTW I fully agree with the partial load. It was about half loaded, may be a bit more. Yep ! You caught it.
@@Sailor376also first time I saw one up close and empty absolutely blew my mind! Waterline was easily 40’ over my head lol we have huge tides where I am so they gotta bring them in empty at low tide and take them out full at high tide lol
