This game had the best environmental moves, they had cliffs, the ability to throw people in into trunks of cars, etc. very fun sandbox game. Slow mo bullet time, most fun car pitting and overall the epitome of the golden age of gaming.
Crazy thing is this game went through production hell and gutted a huge amount of the mechanics and overall game. Still came out a gem.

I haven't gotten to watch this whole playthrough yet but the fact that this game takes place in Hong Kong is truly amazing!! As a Hong Konger, seeing the accurate atmosphere of buildings, the wet market the people was phenomenal!
Allot of Americans interested in counter cultural are almost certainly knowingly or unknowingly influenced by Japan and Hong Kong if the heart of it.

Sleeping dogs is such a fun game, the scenery,the game-play, the story, all of it. It's just such an amazing game. A game that truly does not get all the credit that it deserves. And personally this game truly hits home, with it being one of the first games that I've beaten with my family.
So yeah, it just truly warms my heart to see such a masterpiece of a game get more love and recognition that it deserves. And to whoever is reading this, yo should give this game a try.

Sleeping Dogs is literally one of my favorite games of all time. I 100% the game on both the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One. It gets slept on heavily since GTA is so popular, but I think Sleeping Dogs can really stand on its own two feet as an open world gang story set in China, having its own flavor that sets it apart from GTA. The combat is so fluid and the gunplay isnt bad, but its very clearly not the forefront of the gameplay.
I really hope this is an LP Berlin finishes, because the story is simply phenomenal

Face activated gives you more combos and damage, and with diferent costumes you can get diferent fighting styles like the drunken fist or the mma style or even the George St Pierre move too its so cool, underrated gem.
