Just came back from seeing this in Los Angeles. To anyone who has the chance to go see it, you definitely should. It'll remind you why the Disney classics were so legendary in the first place.
This performance was taken on the earlier days Liz had started performing as Belle. She's good here. In my opinion, her recent performance was much better, when the production came to Sarasota Florida a couple of weeks ago. Of course though she's been in the role what, over a year already.
@cadej95 I'm not sure I agree with that comment but I respect your opinion. May I ask who you saw in the role of Belle on Broadway? When I saw Liz, I thought she performed very well. While I was pleased with the overall performance, she's hardly the greatest singer or actress to grace the stage. But she's young. She'll improve as her career progresses.
I worked this show at my college back in October I think. Emily was playing Belle at the time, and I love her voice so much, but NETworks has a way of casting fabulous actresses to play Belle.
I saw this show last night at the pantages theatre. The visuals are not that great, but the perormances are really good. I really enjoyed Liz as belle, she did a really good job. I haven't had as much fun as I had at the theatre last night, since I saw Wicked in August.
@Saigon10185 why would you never see a NETworks show? Its coming to the Pantages and I can't decide if I should pay to see it. I don't like the fact that a lot of the special effects that the show is well known for are no longer in it but many ppl say the singing and acting makes up for the lack in visuals.
She did such a good job as Belle. Just hearing Annaliese Van der Pol sing this song makes my skin crawl! She forces it so bad, and Ms Shivener is so natural! brilliant!

She was so effing fabulous as Belle. Perfect blend of youthful innocence and strong-willed independence. Her voice was gorgeous too.
Liz was amazing!! I got to meet her at the stage door and she was so nice!! I am seeing this for a solo this week!
