I use the MJJC S v3.0 and love it, so easy to use, no spills as it has a nice sized opening, easy to maintain and the foam when paired with Bilt Hamber auto foam is ridiculous
It’s very good in terms of foam quality. As some other viewers have mentioned, this cannon will leak from the vent holes more than the MJJC foam cannon pro
@@TheCarDetailingChannel oh it will IF you let fall over or shake it all over the place 😂 but I stir my mixture and then the cannon rests on the bucket edge so it’s not an issue for me, I’m guessing that the hole is part of the design that enables such impressive foam formation.
I would probably go with the shorter more stable one. The plastic seems more robust and the opening is slightly larger. I feel like the threaded neck would be more secure over time. I do see the benefit of the new clear bottle especially being able to see the solution more clearly and the measurements are an added bonus. It all boils down to personal preference. Both are an excellent choice for either professional detailers or the weekend warrior.
no one talks about the HOLE in the cap. It leaks "slippery" soap any time you tilt or shake product. it's a bad design. I want to return this and go to V.2 PRO. It's weird that all if a sudden MJJC is not responding to my emails, they sure were when I wanted to buy!!@ i hope I get a resolution soon!.
@@lmphashby the hole is only an issue if you let it fall over or knock it over, I don’t have that problem as it stands in a bucket or on the bucket ledge. I don’t shake my mixture as I stir gently to incorporate foam with water for an even mix. Horses for courses, some will hate and some will love it, that’s why they make both the S and the Pro, I’d say it would be a ball ache if the swivel part of the shorty gun seized as then the cannon would rotate with your hand motion and slosh the mixture around resulting in seepage from the hole, but I lube the bearings after every other use to ensure longevity. Hope this helps 👍
@WEZ4136 you can't guarantee you will NEVER TILT the cannon. I just got MJJC to ADMIT that the V.3 CANNON leaks significantly more that the V.2 PRO. What that says is the hole the firmed when they engineered the V.3 version is flawed. Further, it's a slippery plastic unlike V.2 PRO. whe you need to refill the V.3 version the bottle is extremely slippery. In my experience the bottle flew out of my hand. Lwts NOT FORGET they changed the way it attacks. It no longer turns to open and close. Now you have to pull, that changes EVERYTHING. I'm extremely disappointed in the so called improvements. It's not am improvement, uts 1000% flawed and defective!!
You are 1000% correct. They refuse to let me exchange this defective product. they admitted the hole is much larger in thid unit and water pours out its not just a drop. MJJC ADDMITTED in writing that this unit pour much more than the V.2 PRO. And their new twist top instead of the traditional open close turning cause more product to spill out! ITS A DEFECTIVE DESIGN DONT BELIEVE ME TEST OT OUT YOURSELF!
Yes it does. The code works for most things on Carzilla. You save 5% and I earn a small commission at no extra charge to the buyer. Thanks for watching
@@TheCarDetailingChannel Right on! Once I finalize my product choices, I'll certainly make use of your code. it leakes all over the place. the cap had a hole in it so soap spills on you hand making it slippery and prone to slipping out you hand. the container becomes a slippery mess!! EXTREMELY BAD DESIGN. FLAWED AND THE CONTAINER IS SMALL AND HOLDS very little product. it would have been nice if they increased the volume to 1.5. I am returning mine!..
It won’t leak as long as it’s kept right side up. There’s a small hole which believe is a breather hole of some sort; solution can leak out of that hole. I definitely agree on the larger capacity. If you’re cleaning a large SUV or a 3500, you might have to refill once
@The Car Detailing Channel the thing is, if you shake the mixture the product leaks out. and at times, the bottle will eventually fall over if you're not super careful. This hole is not necessary and isn't being used in all previous versions, so why now???
Thanks a lot for also including a really useful how to guide for maintenance!
Love this cannon! Great review
Thnx. I understand the clear plastic bottle. But I prefer the old wide mouth bottle with more stability.

Great review. Thank you! I'll be purchasing one based off of this review
I ordered mine from mjjc. They are in china? How longs it take to ship?
Depends it took a month to get to me. I didn’t even get the confirmation until the first week
Mine took just over aweek
@@WEZ4136 damn you got lucky

This is why I went with the V2 Pro last week. Their V2 Pro is their peak foam cannon design. This V2 seems like a want rather than a need.
How many bar or psi on this pressure wash ?
At 2:40 he says 1900 psi

Nice demo, a little out of my budget.
Thank you. When it comes to just the core reason to put foam down on a car, extra lubrication, a cheap Amazon foam cannon will work fine
