OMG, that’s so smart! The sticky packaging issue is very common in tropical environments. When I lived in Hawaii I simply stopped buying Nars. I know a lot of people there and in similar climates that shun brands that use that sueded material for the same reason. It’s gets sooooooo gross so fast in the heat. I have a brush that has a small section of that material and it’s started going off. I can’t wait to try this and see if it can be saved!
@@knmplans so glad I could help! I've used it on nail polish bottle brushes and on an old Bare Minerals compact. On that one, I just poured a little on and spread it around with the brush. My polish was a little thicker so it didn't get super messy. I just had to do it in sections. I hope it works for you! It's also a nice way to get rid of an old nail polish, especially if you're doing a Project Polish or trying to declutter.
I really like to see people letting go of material goods, for some it can be difficult, and it's satisfying to see that the decision to let go can be liberating.
Great video! Didn’t mind the length because I love these declutters. Was thinking maybe you can go through all the nudes you kept and see which ones are like the same color…a lot of them looked similar and they might expire before you can use them all up 🙂. Just a thought.

J.ust a thought, for your wedding day smashbox, get a shadow box, a pic of your face on your wedding day and put in together, if you have your lipstick, get a piece of cardboard and smear it on and wrap in saran wrap and put them all in the box with any other makeup you used that day. 🤗💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
I have never been big into makeup and thus never owned that much in my entire life! But it was fun to watch you clearly define what works for you color wise and which brands are better than others.
I had to get rid of my Modern Renaissance palette. I have SEVERAL old palettes that all work well but the formula changed on the Modern Renaissance. I still have the Master by Mario palette which is even older, and the formula is still fine on that one.
Good job girl but you should give a sniff test to all your lipsticks cause it’s a pretty liable test, unless you are not bothered by their smell & expiration
I’ve tossed a couple things since the video that I was able to try out, some that were expired and some that I realized I didn’t like! I just had so much stuff that I never got around to using a lot of it so I didn’t know if it was still good or not 😂🤦🏼♀️

It was all old and expired so I did throw it away already
