Yeah but social standards are pushed at his age and I see lots of boys on TROS trying to be "manly" & not cry. Same thing with being afraid of things. A lot of boys on TROS try hard to not be scared of things but William is okay with showing fear and is comfortable with vulnerability which I think is really amazing. I hope he doesn't change.

Also Sam did not comfort William too much when he got his hair pulled while rough housing and as a result William stopped crying. Sam is trying to teach Wiliam there are times to cry and times to control it a bit.
