  • I Skåne lever flera hundra barn i hemlöshet.

Thanks for sharing this beautiful song Nina, this is whitout a doubt my new favorite christmas song. Because it's really really beautiful when you're singing this song in swedish, and i also love this song because it's a really powerful song at the end, and this is a song that i can listen even if it's christmas or not because this song is really really beautiful and amazing, just like you Nina, and i really love it. And i really love that you made this song for the homeless children in Skåne, because it shows that you are a really good person that care about these homeless children. Because it's really sad that they are homeless all the time, and especially now around christmas time. So thank you very much Nina for being a nice person for both your fans and other people that need it, that's one of many reasons why i really like you and your music, because you're amazing, and you also have the most beautiful and unique voice i've ever heard in my life and you're also the most talented singer songwriter i know about. Love from a very very very huge Nina Persson fan in Norway. 😊 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

@Frank Twining, this is an interesting arrangement of what is usually an upbeat drinking song set to polka. If you look on RUclips, you’ll see that this is usually a fast-paced cheerful song that has you drinking snaps at holiday parties.
There are very few words, the main refrain is “Hello Santa, let’s hit the glasses and be funny” with one other line, which is usually a cheerful “a short time that we live here with a lot of effort and great trouble” followed by another chorus calling for glasses and merriment.
Nina has split the lyrics a bit, so the first half of the song is “Hello Santa, let’s hit the glasses. A short time that we live here with a lot of effort and great trouble” and the latter half of the video is her repeating “Let us be funny” in a very melancholic manner. The piano arrangement is wholly new compared to the usual tempo and accompaniment.

@@tfwall Hi i'm from Norway, and i usually understand swedish but i'm still not that steady in the swedish language. So i was just wondering what the word "möda" means? Because i've never heard that word before. 🙂

@@franktwining5981 I recommend you to check out The Cardigans and A Camp too, because Nina Persson is the lead singer in The Cardigans, and A Camp is one of her own solo projects so she's singing there also. 😊

@Bjørn-Sondre Svensen I think a good translation for “med mycket möda” is “with a lot of effort” or “with great exertion”, highlighting the challenges of (homeless) living.
