    I came for the okra because it is my favorite vegetable. I’ve never seen a recipe using this combination of ingredients, some I know from other cuisines (curry, tamarind). I will definitely try it. I really loved the style of your video and the music. I will investigate your other videos. Thank you for sharing your recipe and culture.

    It is more familiar to indian curry bhendi ka salana, which is famous in deccan area.

      We have a similar dish bhindi gosht in Pakistan. The method is more or less the same. First we fry okra separately and then prepare meat gravy with spices and then add okra in it. We add some more spices and ingredients like ginger and garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, fenugreek, yogurt and green chillies.And we don't add tamarind paste in it.
