I enjoyed all your videos to date and I know you are on to something. I look forward to you elaborating on the use of the trail arm. The use of the hand in the backswing and the ARM towards the target in the downswing. I feel I understand what you are saying but I’d like to hear it from you. Thanks.
If your left heel comes up in backswing you will then be able to push the ground more If it doesn't the right foot re rolling to the target on the downswing will make the right knee go to 12 o'clock and that should make left leg straighten which adds the vertical component to the golf swing
So basically, swing the club, LESS IS MORE, the body doesn't make you swing faster or harder it just supports you more if you swing the club faster/harder. Or the body reacts to your swinging of the club?? So most swing faults are not from under doing things but from overdoing things with your body and muscles and then over compensating to hit the ball. Everything I've tried from your videos feels really natural and works, I like how your midsection/belly button only moves a few inches back and thru then anything else is just momentum of the club swinging thru pulling you not you pulling the club, thanks I really like your videos

Question? Does rolling your ankles hamper the ability to push up on the down swing?
