- Half Letter discs + A6 Hobonichi Techo = TLF ;)
As much as I'd love to be a single planner gal, I've found this planner duo to work out really well for me. I love having a little A6 Hobonichi as a daily planner... available to use WHEN I want to, but no pressure when i don't!
I give a quick flip through my A6 hobonichi techo and share how I've set it up (very loosely)!

Okay, truth time: how many planners are you using? ☺️☺️
2 right now 🙂
3 if you count my meal planner.
I love that you are sharing so many awesome videos! Thanks for keeping me company while I fold laundry 🤍
Wish we could chat in person while we folded laundry but I guess watching each other’s videos will do. ☺️
I have to tell you that this video has started a new addiction. Your small planner really resonated with me. I loved the entire concept. So I ordered the blush from Gillio and it has now shipped. Purchased the Hobo on Amazon and have it set up. I did change things around a bit. Takes up less space in my handbag so I believe it will be used more than my weeks. I do like a little deco but if I don't have the time oh well. Thank you for such a great video.
Aww, I'm so happy to hear this! I mean, sorry about all the extra purchases, lol, but I hope you love your new little system. This A6 is a sweet little size! I like your attitude about the deco, too... it's there if you feel like it, but nice not to feel pressure about it!
I have a similar “side chic” setup. I’ve been using the Hobo Cousin for preplanning and brainstorming. ☺️
I love how you’re using both of these planners, most of all how you want to “use” your planners. Nothing makes me more frustrated if I’m not fully using a planner. Your system always inspires me!! I’m using a personal ring catchall, weeks social media, a6 memory and TNs for journaling. Staying in those lanes and I’m a happy camper🥰🥰
Connie, YOU are the inspiration!! You juggle your planners with perfection!
Two :B6 rings for everyday planning and A5 Hobonichi cousin for finances.
Thanks for sharing!
I love hearing how you’re using your little side kick! It makes perfect sense how it serves you and your HL! I adore your videos❤️😘 For planners, I use one catchall and augment it with a social media and memory planner. I also use a TN for journaling😘
I love your planner lineup and that you’re able to use a few without overlap!!
Love this 💡 idea!!! I don't like carry my planner but definitely need to make notes when I am running errands, etc
Yes, it’s a great one to carry on the go!
Thanks for the behind the scenes peak at your sidekick. I keep a small basic planner for on the go reference and jotting notes but do use a separate "notebook" to work things out before they go in the main book.
Hi Jennifer! Sounds like you've got all your bases covered, I love it!
I use two planners! One is my catch-all planner and the other is a reading planner ☺
And then do you switch your catch all size around sometimes? Or are you still in personal?
@@plan2create I switch sizes of my catch-all all the time during the year because I just love to play/experiment with planners haha! I’m setting up my personal wide size for the fall!
Very nice ❤
Thank you!
Thanks for sharing. Have u looked into the Hobonichi Day Free? If u dnt want have no pressure & use ur A6 whenever u want. 😊
I haven’t looked into a day free. I kind of like having the dates included so I can jot down events or notes about specific days ahead. 😊
I’ve been thinking a lot about one of these for next year… are you going to use this again? Or is there another B6 you’re eyeing?
Haha, don’t get me started down that B6 train…
I have been thinking of going with a half letter size planner, but I'm having a hard time finding a cover. Do you have any suggestions?
I think simple plastic covers from Levenger are a great place to start. Their Junior size is half letter. If you meant more of a leather cover, I haven't honestly tried much. out besides my LV Agenda GM (which I removed the rings). I have an A5 Codex from Van Der Spek and it's a little too small for this setup. I should've customized it to be a little taller and wider, but I was just gearing it towards the Hobonichi A5. Let me know if that answered your questions, but I'd also love to do a video in the future about less expensive setup options for people wanting to try out the size!
@@plan2create that does help. I know moterm makes a half letter size but they are not that common. I want to try it ou tdd first before I invest a decent amount into a cover.
2-3 planners depending on the day.....*sigh*. Am still looking for planner peace. It's elusive.
Elusive is right!! 😆
