Hi Rachel not on this video but on the video showing how to frame with stretcher bars from Aliexpress , I have done 5 diamond painting and the company and your help with how to frame them are so helpful thank you so much for making that old video. Hope you have a great day.
Since, I've been buying DAC for so long, it's been a while since I had to seal a diamond painting. Remember the days of popping drills on double-sided adhesive? This looks perfect for the coasters, though, since there are sticky areas between the drills. Thank you!
The sealant is great for these projects for sure. Keychains, lights, all of those little ones on the wood background from places like Wizardi... absolutely must seal these to ensure those diamonds don't fall off!
Does this sealant cause condensation to turn it milky white? My son is really into Diamond Dotz, but all the sealants I have tried allows the condensation to leach through the "glue". I have not tried the waterproof Mod-Podge yet which is supposed to work and be dishwasher safe......any suggestions?!
Thank you for the video! Very helpful! This is perfect for sealing coasters and other small dp kits. ❤ I do have a question for you and would like your opinion please. I have finished DAC Black Cat by Candlelight to give as a gift to my son & daughter in law and I have purchased a large custom frame with no glass. I am considering sealing it to protect it from dust. I realize it will void the DAC warranty. What is your opinion on sealing and will this product change the look of the diamonds at all? I’m scared to try it! Any advice from you will help please 🙏🏼
I genuinely don't think sealing is necessary for most finished diamond paintings (unless they have a poor drill quality and fall off or pop). I have no real problem with dust on even my oldest framed pieces. A very lightly damp microfiber cloth will take care of any settled dust on the top edge but I've found no real dust on the front (so if it's being framed flat it may not even be an issue). Hope my experience helps!
I have never seen anybody show that sealent before. And i'm really glad that you showed us how it works.❤😊❤
Anytime!
To my eyes, the sealant brightened the drill's colour. Thank you for doing this tutorial; I really like the how-to videos.

@@RachelRaeCraft This is really good to know, thank you! I value your opinion and I appreciate you taking time to answer and explain ❤️
I'm looking for a sealant that is ok for hot drinks. I wish you'd tried it with hot.
I did test it with hot drinks as well. It seems to work just fine.
