I would call Delta on the fee for you changing the day of flying to a different day. I know that 2 days ago United and Delta changed their policy on no charges for changes for the same day of flying maybe day to day might be included since this wasn't their policy at the time this was filmed about a week ago.
I just watched it again, you are so dang cute when they showed you the HBTM merch. That company was awesome starting with the machine that embroiders the hats, the nice customized Tag coolers that they give out to purchasers of their trucks and especially the man that was putting wrap on the fender was so skilled, it looks like he has been doing it for 10 yrs. They all were so nice. I'm glad that you will be working with such a great company.

Hey Shelby, had a great conversation with Jeff Martell, from Volvo, ( hope I spelled that right), about the awesomeness of what Volvo is doing through REL, he's an amazing man, very knowledgeable. I bet we talked for two hours. That's for turning me on to REL, I did tell him I'd like to pick your brain more about FEDEX ground and independent contractors.
Use Southwest, no charge to change flights, usually always on time, great service, AND no baggage fees!
Do you recall that I suggested a few months ago that you market merchandise, it looks like your new partners are on the ball, starting with hats. I wouldn’t be surprised to see shirts and hoodies next. It’s about advertising and money from sales. GO FOR IT!!!

It's a shame you did not go from PDX to DFW via American. Texarkana is only a couple of hours' drive from DFW. I try to skip ATL because that adds several hours to the trip. Still loved the video and your channel. Nice swag. I never knew how they embroidered caps. Thanks for that. See you on the next one.
Heeeyyy! I love running for fedex, the terminals are easy to get in and out of, my cousin also runs a contract with FedEx out of billings to Utah. It's such a gorgeous run, stay safe beautiful!

Another excellent video! It was hard concentrating on what you were saying while also watching what was happening on the green screen behind you. That was funny! BKM really has a great sense of humor. I got to see an embroidery machine working once. It was fascinating to watch!

yeah I understand how you can misjudge time I did that once on trip I was at the wrong gate for the longest time and i figured it out and when I got there they ask me my name but I would of missed the plane but the plane had some mechanical issues :D so I dodge a bullet there. you are so adorable and so cute..
