To the recent influx of traffic, greetings! FAQ available below for the curious, and I hope everyone is safe and well. If you wish to try this at home, please restrain yourself to a walk or trot unless you have enough space to not ram headfirst into walls or furniture. This video is going on five years old now and the entire shoot took an hour of run time so I might have the best, clearest angles for each scene to choose from. Everyone is more than welcome to point out flaws in any of the above forms for educational purposes, but do not comment with the intent to correct my forms personally. I am well aware of the flaws in the footage. The purpose of this video was to quickly and accurately provide an introduction to a sport many were wholly unaware of, and if perfection had been the goal, it would have been shot over a series of days rather than in an hour and a half. Given how we’re all here five years later, it has served its purpose well. --*FAQ* *Q: What is the purpose of this?* A: What is the purpose of any sport? To exercise, to improve flexibility and strength, to have fun, to show off, to de-stress; we all have our reasons. What are yours? *Q: Do I need gloves?* A: No. Gloves simply provide hand protection and are recommended when performing quadrobics outdoors. (Any pair of sturdy cloth gloves or gardening gloves will do!) *Q: Tips for beginners?* 1. The same principles that apply to any form of exercise - from football to jogging - apply here: Maintain a healthy diet, intake the proper amount of water, and practice! Improvement comes with time. 2. Keep your back relatively level when at a standstill. While in-stride the angle will shift up and down, which is perfectly normal. It is the body in motion rather than the backside going up and down by itself. (The length of your arms will determine how far your knees will be required to bend in order to level out your back.) 3. Exercise in several short stints rather than all at once. You will progress more quickly and have more energy to run and play as you go! 4. Proper walking with a level back is the most intensive and draining of all forms, yet the easiest on the body. If you want to power train or simply keep yourself safe, walking is for you! *Q: How do I get my back to stay level?* A: Overtraining your spine to sink downwards rather than hunch over while walking is one way to help it acclimate to the new orientation. While straight is the goal, bear in mind "straight" is a relative term! Your back shouldn't be hunched nor ramrod straight, but instead allow for the freedom of movement necessary for extending and contracting along with your stride. *Q: How do I begin jumping?* A: When you are confident in your stride and your wrists are sufficiently strengthened with practice, you may attempt your first jump. First, check that you have at least six feet beyond the jump so you have the time and space to stop safely. Second, don’t jump in crowded spaces or slippery surfaces. Only when conditions are safe may you proceed. Choose a short, flat item - such as a ruler or book - as your hurdle. When jumping, your hands must be the first to leave the ground and the first to touch the ground upon landing. Practice extensively before moving on to longer or higher jumps. Remember, it’s not a jump unless all your limbs are off the ground! *Q: Quadrobics is painful / My progress is slow. When will I improve?* A: It depends entirely on each individual's health, weight, fitness, and prior medical conditions. There is no set rate at which you will progress. Practice slow and easy so your body can grow stronger and more flexible with the activity. As a rule, the larger and heavier one is, the more careful he/she should be. You can be the toughest athlete in the world and still break a wrist on impact if the wrist hasn't been fortified through training as well! *Q: Is quadrobics bad for your health over time?* A: Aside from the possibility of injury inherent to any sport, there is no current proof that quadrobics is harmful to the human body. From personal experience I can report a beautifully healthy spine, great flexibility, sturdy wrists, and precise strength and control of my weight. Quadrobics has prevented me from sustaining injuries that would have afflicted anyone else in my position due to the rare and unusual ways my body is strong. *Q: How will I know if I’m doing quadrobics right?* A: If you’re enjoying the exercise, you’re doing it right! As a sport of many forms, there is no true “right” nor “wrong” to quadrobics. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it- and don’t let anyone to tell you otherwise. In the end, everyone’s argument is wrong. Don't waste time on the debates when you can be out having fun~
I have a question. Does quadrobics shrink your boobs and gain you a bigger butt? That would be a bonus if this was true Edit: Odd people go wtf, and that's sus when it's a simple and legit question. I guess because the majority are children and are not arsed about the things I mention above it's sus to them but they are stupid lol. I was asking because my chest is too big and I hate it and I wish to find any way I can to shrink it if possible. It's exercise so the answer to my question is that it would help me lose weight by running on all fours and therefore would shrink every part of my body. Anyway f you all who think it's a sus question when it's a legitimate seeking of knowledge and practical advice and sorry to say but f the auther who ignore me 😂🤣😂🤔😂🤔 Peace out muthafuckas
thanks a lot for talking about the keeping your back level stuff. ive never found any body else talking about that and i was struggling with it quite a bit
Since we are not really designed for this movement of transportation (due to our legs being longer then our arms) the best way to do this without injuring your back and having your ass in the air looking silly. Is to make your legs wider apart and just bend your legs more using the front pads of your feet not full foot, kinda like tip toe. It’s a much more comfortable stance gives your arms and core a good workout too
but its not natural.if you look at how the human spine is currently evovled to be,its straight not bent,in lifting we call that a cat back, and your gonna have a fun time in your 60s,also that jumping is 100% put strain on your shoulders. If you want true quad movement try the crouching tiger from this one /watch?v=14BjRxE7f1o ,or the chameleon.plus if you become fast at doing the crouching tiger not only will you be very fit,but imagine, you can scurry around the floor and scare the shit out of unsuspecting victims simply by passing by
I used to do this a lot when I was little, and the last time I ever did it was in highschool when my anthropology teacher took everyone out in the hallway to have a four legged race because we were studying feral children. Because I easily beat someone the teacher went up against me himself, and just barely beat me for having longer legs than me (and being more fit). He made a joke about how coordinated I was then got the whole class to laugh at me. He was "that" kind of highschool teacher, the one who liked to cozy up to the popular kids and turn a nose up at the "weird" kids. Man that was like a decade ago, but I'll never forget how that felt (and how I felt sore all over after for being out of shape lol). tbh I do still wish I had a quiet place where I could fool around and just do this like I used to as a kid, there's nothing else that really compels me to exercise these days. I also have always wanted to see someone develop specialized gloves for this kind of activity, ones that would protect your hands as well as elevate your upper body to ease the strain on your neck and back. I was thinking it could be like whatever materials and methods they use to make hockey gloves? And shaped so your hands on the inside are curled into a fist. Running like this and putting all the pressure on your fingers never seemed like a good idea to me.
That is unfortunate to hear! I cannot say I understand the feeling (I have always been a charismatic individual and that prompted others to take my lead rather than attempt to put me down), but it saddens me to hear that it happened to you. I hope that you did not let it stunt your personal growth. The force of your body's weight should transfer down your arm into the palm of your hands, not into your fingers. (I imagine that would not end well haha.) As for developing gloves that would lengthen the reach of your arms, as interesting a concept they are, I wouldn't recommend them if they did exist. I trust my body more than any tool or technology, and becoming dependent on special gloves would limit my ability to perform quadrobics whenever I wanted if I didn't carry them around everywhere. If the exercise is done properly (and the individual in proper shape), there is no strain on the neck or back.
Thanks for explaining this! I used to “walk” like that when I was younger! I stopped for few years because my parents told me it was stupid acting like an “animal” . But now I restarted doing that and my aunt supports me and help me! ^^ a huge thank you again!!
@@NathanBeight You didn't understand the point of my reply. The point is that it's just a harmless sport, and making fun of people for doing it is stupid. I know humans don't walk on all 4s, but even if some do, what is the problem? It's not like they're committing a crime or something.
Definitely takes a lot of upper body strength and flexibility in the hamstrings. I think it's interesting how the fast trot resembles a primate. They figured it out, we just forgot. Also, our limbs are extra long now so a lot of the moves involved coordinating a dominant limb and keeping the other one out of the way. You can see that the model here prefers her left arm and keeps her right tucked in close to her body.
I've always wanted to try running on all fours, but personal limitations held me back. Thanks to videos like this, I'll give quadrobics a try this year.
Thanks for the suggestion. Don't know if running on fours will make me look like a linebacker, but I'll try that out. Sure, some people might think that running on fours might look savage or inhuman, but we humans have been savages throughout history. Okay, I'm getting ahead of myself.
@@tonyc.0451 i used them as a replacement but if you tie two socks around each wrist going opposite ways it helps a bit for me as i have sensitive wrists
Years of practice! I had the good fortune of starting at a young age, so I don't remember how awkward I appeared when I first started. All you need do is work at it slowly until you become comfortable with your center of gravity shifting so close to the ground; after that, the other factors come into play more naturally.
I fall on my face if i get even to a trot lol i did make a pillow jump at a dead stop as i cant canter or gallop yet lol Getting the jumping down slowly
@@frickinawacs Furry here; I personally don't know how to make fursuits, but maybe I could help? What kind of fursuit style and species are you looking for?
I used to feel so bad about loving animals and sometimes pretending to be one, but this isn’t pretending, it’s exercise. Knowing I’m not alone and that it’s almost a sport makes me feel welcome! I’ve started doing quadrobics recently and I love it. Thank you so much.
Nothing wrong with pretending to be an animal. Mimicry is part of human nature. It's how we learn to communicate and function as babies. It sticks with us into adulthood, but most people suppress it.
"Please resist the urge to chase bystanders that stop to watch you." I CAN'T WHY IS THIS VIDEO PURE GOLD :'D I LOVE IT SM AND GOES TO SHOW THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A THERIAN TO DO QUADS!
or well, atleast SPIRITUAL therianthropy (which is something literally every therian goes with for some reason. therian starter kit basically) theres a bunch of other therianthropy types but spiritual is the most popular one spiritual therianthropy dont exist like AT ALL
Quadrobics should be an Olympic sport, we could have jumping, running, dressage, and cross country. Like if you agree! Edit: Wooww umm. This was 3 years ago and I can't stop laughing.. this is not a good idea..
i’ve been wanting to do quadrobics for a long time and i was finally able to start recently!! it’s SO much harder than i thought it’d be lmao, my shoulders are not used to doing heavy lifting and i keep falling over whenever i try to run. i’m slowly getting better at it though! just got to remember to take things slow
I wish people would realize that quadrobics isn't just a therian thing! Coming from a therian, quadrobics is a great exercise and it should be normalized as a exercise!
@CassidyAndersons not trying to be rude at all, but why do you *hate* therians? I feel like that's a bit of a strong word. I'm a Christian but I don't *hate* Satanists? I may not agree but I see no reason to hate them. Sorry if I came off as rude, I just was not sure.
@@Sylv3rTh3S8lly thats because therians are going with SPIRITUAL therianthropy therians often dont care about the information they come across and "right i am just gonna say i had flashbacks and all that! i am sure people will believe me and i am sure these flashbacks arent made up!" believing you had past lives and have flashbacks and have misplaced souls or whatever; completely made up. that right there is spiritual therianthropy and its a type of therianthropy therians usually go with, without realizing its completely wrong and theres nothing that proves that you had flashbacks or past lives being an animal. in fact misplaced souls and dual souls are the biggest stretch i have ever seen in spiritual therianthropy if you want to be a therian, be a therian for the fun of it. dont be a therian because you like making stuff up, be a therian for the (being completely and utterly honest here) for the fun of it. and i know spiritual therianthropy is purely what therians choose because i have information to back this up its not half assed if they can choose the type of therianthropy they wanna be then they can also choose to not be a therian or you know be a therian because you want to be a therian?
I do this a lot everyday. It was a life skill for a very long time. I love jumping over stuff! It's fun. It is a very fun and healthy thing to do so try it out. Go slow that speed up. Comment if needed help. Thx for reading and have a wonderful day
During this pandemic, I'm trying to learn new stuff and I'm looking for things to learn in the internet and I'm interested in this. As a martial artist I'm already conditioned to do this and I've already learned how to walk on all fours. This video has motivated me to learn more about quadrobics and I just want to say thank you.
Fellow quadrobist here, I’ve only just started to do quads, and I’ve come pretty far! All my work came with practice, so if you want to do quads remember, practice makes perfect, keep going and never give up. Those are the key things I’d say that helped me. Bye!
I've done this for 40 years and have had very good agility, coordination, and moderate strength. A total of 5 minutes a day is all one needs to do. I ran 100 yards in 25 seconds, but more recently some Japanese persons have run 100 meters in a little over 15 seconds. Easy to find the videos on RUclips. It's a great conditioning exercise.
I’m not a therian but I’m trying to learn it. I want to build muscle and connect more with my dog, and she loves when I do it. It also gives me an excuse to act like a little kid and play pretend like I used to. ❤❤
I do this, like,a lot. And im suprised that i am not the only one. My classmates think im weird, but i dont care. I jump over my moms sponges for training that are about meter tall. Lol i still remember when my mom and dad tried this. They said:”omg this is a workout you rlly need muscles for that” And its true. It needs a lot of practise and i luv it :D Like if you do this too
@@moreece5863It's best for you to get a therapist. Humans are supposed to walk like this anyway, but evolution thought otherwise. Also, everyone has their likes and opinions.
@@moreece5863 Bro it's just walking on four legs. People can get arm muscles from that shit, you know, I've seen it myself. There's nothing wrong with getting some exercise.
Can you tell me how to do this? I wanna run on all fours, but I can't. I always get a feeling of jealousy when I see people run on all fours because I've always wanted to do it, but can't. Help.
The best way to learn any new activity is simply by _doing._ This video does well to showcase the basics, and the comments are filled to the brim with tips if you're still uncertain in how to begin. If you have any further questions after, I'll gladly answer them~
Start by doing baby craws every day for 10 minutes back and forth, in circles and etc. Then, when you start to feel stronger you can try to put your weight your feet instead of the knees. Practice slowly, giving time to you body adapt. If you try to imitate the girl on the video right on without enough conditioning you'll more likely get hurt and injured. Stats slowly and build until you make it effortlessly.
I started when I was about 6 But I had absolutely no idea that this was a thing, I am glad I found this because I was feeling a bit uncertain about doing it Now I don't feel scared to do it in public anymore
It makes me feel younger and reminds me of playing warrior cat games with my friends when we were eight or nine. It’s very fun, I’ve been doing it for a few months. I do have issues though with getting too scared, and not finishing a jump. It’s annoying, but I’m working on it.
Most people at the age of 7 or older stop walking with all fours, But I remember being 10 and walking up the staircase with all fours and I was scared of people seeing me do so- I feel as if I am a therian dodo bird or a chicken and I really like jumping high which is unusual for that category, This may be an old video but thank you for posting this. I have found my true self
Been 7 years. I do this with no gear, no specific area, no nothing. I can't do it properly and my form is bad, but its so fun! I'd rather practice than give up cause it's just been a week or two I've started, and I'm already so much better! My form has gotten better, so have my jumps. I can somewhat trot and properly run now! I can jump over obstacles such as pillows since i do it in my room, and i can hop on my bed pretty easily! I have no regrets practicing quadrobics, and I've lost weight and looks slimmer day by day! ❤❤
This has actually given me the outlet to exercise and have fun at the same time, and it actually makes me so happy cause i am so incredibly out of shape, (not overweight or anything, my limbs just get tired sooooo easily) and now I'm actually doing something about it!
yaaasss this! So many people underestimate the physicall exercise of this! Also you look majestic like a lioness - greetings, your neighborhood wolfboy 😂
As a therian I would say it is a lot of fun but you do get tired a lot when you are new to it, but when you start to get better it won't be so tiring! (Tip) (if you are jumping make sure to bend your arms when you land bc if you don't then that can maybe cause an injury so be careful! )
I started practicing quadrobics two years ago after my boyfriend introduced me to it, I remember him being so excited when I managed to run down the field without falling over about two months ago!
Excellent video, Ive watched this one at least a dozen times. I envy your skill at this. I cant get the speed you can, and my run is much more like a chimp run, I thought the correct way to run was to do a pattern like "right hand, left hand, right foot, left foot" ,but you look like both of your hands come out at the same time, and you seem pretty squared forward. Do you lead with a particular side/hand? Also do you feel training everyday is better, or should you include rest days to give the joints time to recuperate?
I grew up leading with my left hand, but I've since learned to lead with my right as well. And I do run facing completely forward; I wouldn't run tilted to the side on two legs, so why do it on all fours? (Unless, of course, you are copying a specific animal style that happens to run in such a manner.) I started by studying horse gaits. The majority of my teaching has been with young children, so please keep that in mind as I share my experience: Twenty minutes of intermittent quadrobics every couple days seems to work very well for beginners, since it allows the practice an individual needs without being too taxing on the body. However, this does not mean you should follow this regimen to the letter! Every person, every body, is different and has different needs. If you feel like it's too much, ease up a little. If you feel like you want to push it harder, then by all means, go out and enjoy yourself.
Wow.. I used to love doing this. I might start doing it again, I actually didn't know it was excercise. Because it's a lot more fun than doing squats and pushups, because you can go back to childhood. To me, when I do it outside, it makes everything feel more real when I'm on "all fours." kind of like an animal's perspective.
I used to do this all the time as a kid, but I've been doing this more now and it really is a work out. Although, while doing this more I've noticed that I have felt more balanced and also a reconnection to the earth that I lost a while ago due to personal issues. Tbh a very good full body workout.
Lots of practice! If you attempt to replicate what you see in this video, then eventually you will find your own balance and progress from there. Throughout the comments section you will find many helpful tips I have shared with others. If you find yourself stuck, go ahead and give them a look.
Iridescent Mirage Thankyou, I actually do this a lot and love to do it. There is this one girl (cyber bullies me) and she can do it super fast and its amazing!
I really want to get back into quadrobics. I'm a cat/wolf therian, I've been this way since I got to know myself. My family prevented me from being myself though. When I was younger I would jump and run all around the house like a cat, then at some point I just stopped it because people were making fun of me... I'll keep practicing every day :) I already can walk, trot and run (a bit) but I need to practice jumping- arrhythmia is making my job hard but I hope I'll be able to jump down from high places soon (I also have a fear of heights, hopefully I'll overcome that)
This is very interesting, but my question is how fast can a human possibly run on all fours like this, because seeing someone running fast on all fours would be terrifying but also awesome, lol.
Not so fast, actually. As you know, animals run faster than humans precisely due to the fact that they use all their limbs. Kenichi Ito is a man known as the fastest man to run on four legs. His record is 15.71 seconds (100 meters). In Russia, a girl from high school must run this distance in 15 seconds to get a grade of D (bad) So, they run quite slowly
hey, as a beginner therian (I awakened yesterday) whenever I’m doing quads or even a a walk I can only take 2 steps before falling down. I know people say “practice “ or “it takes time” I’m not sure if I’m doing it right or it’s not supposed to tire me. The most steps I have token doing quads is 2 steps. Is this supposed to feel tiring to the point you collapse? I’m really upset.
When I run like this, my head is always pointing at the ground. But when you run, your head is facing up and ahead. Is it because your more flexible or.......?
Flexibility is the reason, yes. Like any part of your body, the neck loses flexibility - especially after the age of twelve - if you don't keep up on it. If attempting to make your head point forward while performing quadrobics causes you discomfort, you may want to look up some neck stretching exercises to practice.
Господи.... Я из 2024 года и сейчас в это время квадробика ооочень популярна и я ей занимаюсь, но это видео было снято 8 ЛЕТ НАЗАД!!!!??? Я ее думала что квадробика так давно существует...
I'm a quadrobist and its really fun but also makes you really tried, you can brake your limbs if you aren't carful, and your body isnt used to it so you might feel a bit light headed if your a beginner (Its competely normal for yoyr wrists, ankles, back, arms to hurt and even your head because you're putting so much preassure on your arms that our legs were trained to do (Also you're in a position that your nlood flows down to yoyr face and that makes you feel really light headed.)
I have been casually practicing quads for around 2 months and it took me a couple weeks to actually get the proper form figured out for trotting, and it took me about a month to a month and a half to actually figure out how to high jump. And even now, my high jumps aren't high at all. Progress may be slow, you may even see progress going backwards at times, but just keep practicing! ❤
That's so cool ^^ that could help me animate of how to animate the indoraptor running and walking that's awesome ^^ thx for posting that I needed to know how to animate Also that looks fun
This is amazing! I've been practicing for a while now and I was wandering if there are any beginners tips for increasing the strength of the muscles so I can do this longer?
The same principles that apply to any form of exercise (from sports to jogging) apply here: Maintain a healthy diet, intake the proper amount of water, and continue to practice! I've found that running often for shorter stints tends to work better for beginners than running rarely at long periods of time. If you have the leeway in your schedule to do so, it's worth a try~
I love doing quadrobics, but I always worry about my back. My mum (she's ok with me doing quads) says doing quads can give you a hunchback (a massive lump in your back that affects your posture and cannot be fixed) so I always get worried while doing quads :(
You should try stretching the muscles you are going to be working out before doing quads. You aren't likely to get a hunchback anyway, ESPECIALLY with stretching, it helps a lot, so don't be scared! And make sure to keep good posture in general.

@@crystalart9536 i have awakened almost a year ago and i deal with the exact same thing, i thought it was just me. 2-4 steps and im out of breath and collapse ;-;
I’ve ran on all fours all my life and practised many areas of it. My most impressive skill is my balance and control, which means I almost never fall no matter the action. After all these years, i’ve never known there were so many more people in the community. It’s actually somewhat breathtaking. Hopefully I can practise my gracefullness and high jumps in the future. ^^
I've noticed a lot of therians (like me) do this to feel more connected with their theriotypes. I think I wanna do this as a sport as someone who is already half experienced and posts it on tiktok where all my therian buddies are :)
My parents always tell me to stop doing this. I sure hope it's not a bad thing to do.. But even though they tell me to stop I keep going so meh but still...
Therian and quadrobist here! I’ve been practicing since September 2023(it’s currently June 2024) And I love your form so much! I’m sending this to my friend who’s also a quadrobist even tho she’s better than me( she started 2 week ago🥲) we both learn from eachother I’m better at running/bucking and she’s better at high and wide jumps yet we both teach eachother Its really fun:) Thanks for making this video it really is good inspo Bye have a great day/night:3
Another thing for quadrobists out there: whenever you are doing quadrobics, please tuck your fingers to your palm. It stops you from hurting/ bending your fingers in horrific ways! Hope this helps!
I have seen that kind of thing and it is really cool! The jumping thing is really cool, but omg that looks like it would hurt your wrists and arms so much! I don’t know how anyone does that, but very cool!

Since we are not really designed for this movement of transportation (due to our legs being longer then our arms) the best way to do this without injuring your back and having your ass in the air looking silly. Is to make your legs wider apart and just bend your legs more using the front pads of your feet not full foot, kinda like tip toe. It’s a much more comfortable stance gives your arms and core a good workout too
It doesn't matter how their legs are, if it 's comfortable for them then they do it how they want.

whats strange is how natural this can look. like humans are kinda supposed to be able to do this
The human body capable of so much more than most people realize, so long as you train to attain the skill.
but its not natural.if you look at how the human spine is currently evovled to be,its straight not bent,in lifting we call that a cat back, and your gonna have a fun time in your 60s,also that jumping is 100% put strain on your shoulders.

Ashtyn Loussia 😂

Funny thing that your parents don't know is that you are an animal. They too. All humans are animals.

Yes you ca. Just put your mind to it
Start by doing baby craws every day for 10 minutes back and forth, in circles and etc.

The end had me rolling "please resist the urge to chase bystanders who stop to watch you" 😭😭
Excellent video, Ive watched this one at least a dozen times.
The majority of my teaching has been with young children, so please keep that in mind as I share my experience:
Twenty minutes of intermittent quadrobics every couple days seems to work very well for beginners, since it allows the practice an individual needs without being too taxing on the body. However, this does not mean you should follow this regimen to the letter! Every person, every body, is different and has different needs. If you feel like it's too much, ease up a little. If you feel like you want to push it harder, then by all means, go out and enjoy yourself.
Watching this gives me unimaginable joy
“Please resist the urge to chase bystanders that stop to watch you” 🤣
HER FORM IS SO GOOD

They can get surprisingly, very fast, especially skilled ones.
Not so fast, actually. As you know, animals run faster than humans precisely due to the fact that they use all their limbs. Kenichi Ito is a man known as the fastest man to run on four legs. His record is 15.71 seconds (100 meters). In Russia, a girl from high school must run this distance in 15 seconds to get a grade of D (bad)
So, they run quite slowly

yes! make sure u look up bend ur legs, and when you walk make sure ur leg and hand go the same way! practice that a little and you'll get it!! :D

Weirdo
@@imapimp212 yeah I fucking hate past me
@@user-oq1if9fm1i bro why.
@@imapimp212 ur a weirdo lmao
I've noticed a lot of therians (like me) do this to feel more connected with their theriotypes. I think I wanna do this as a sport as someone who is already half experienced and posts it on tiktok where all my therian buddies are :)
could you explain what is therianthropy
As a quadrobist her form is amazing 🕺🏻
My parents always tell me to stop doing this. I sure hope it's not a bad thing to do..
But even though they tell me to stop I keep going so meh but still...
mine already have given up
Your comment was four years ago but running on all fours is actually good for your mental healt :)
And i feel more free when i run on all fours
Therian and quadrobist here!
I’ve been practicing since September 2023(it’s currently June 2024)
And I love your form so much! I’m sending this to my friend who’s also a quadrobist even tho she’s better than me( she started 2 week ago🥲) we both learn from eachother
I’m better at running/bucking and she’s better at high and wide jumps yet we both teach eachother
Its really fun:)
Thanks for making this video it really is good inspo
Bye have a great day/night:3
Another thing for quadrobists out there: whenever you are doing quadrobics, please tuck your fingers to your palm. It stops you from hurting/ bending your fingers in horrific ways! Hope this helps!
it does help! I did quad for the first time *yestderay* I’m disabled too, I didn’t do to bad, but I didn’t do well:/
@@S1LLYK1TTYP3T it’s okay! Keep trying!
@@C0pp3rs.Dr4g0ns I try! Bu5 my knees hurt🥲
I remember me and my best friend at 6 pretending we were dogs and walking like this.
NO WAY, I TRIED IT AND IT JUST FEELS SO NATURAL OMG
I love this this is SOOO inspiring if only I had supportive parents
Hi, thank you for this video. It really helps me with my quads. ❤
As a quadrobist (I’m not an Alterhuman) this form makes me jealous
The end got me 💀😂 please resist the urge to chase people that watch you had me dying 💀😂😂😂😂😂
I do quads all the time and a therian too my theriotypes is a red fox but unfortunately my parents don’t accept me as a therian n:(
Me too therian :) But my parents don't like it:
my parents don’t even know what it is and still confused when I say it😭😭
I have seen that kind of thing and it is really cool! The jumping thing is really cool, but omg that looks like it would hurt your wrists and arms so much! I don’t know how anyone does that, but very cool!
