6:23 Just to be clear about this: even in civil litigation, the plaintiff absolutely can subpoena the unnamed female celebrity (whose name is known to them) to testify to what she has or hasn't seen. The celebrity could plead the fifth, but in a civil trial the jury is usually instructed to interpret the witness taking the fifth as an admission of guilt. This is not true and Foxy Brown denied it. He and Beyonce started dating when she was 20. At this point, y'all don't care about the truth or integrity. You're almost enjoying smearing this man without facts.
There's a lot smoke on this story, the fact the victim is doing it in separation of the Diddy case when Diddy is involved says a lot, especially since the feds would have approached he already KNOWING HER STORY HAS DIDDY INVOLVED and ANY GOOD Lawyer would have directed the victim to join the case as a representative rather than specifically just target JayZ.
Amazing breakdown Xevi 👏🏾👏🏾 And to chat, keep in mind the trauma, turmoil, and incessant scrutinizing (both via the public and the courts) the plaintiff will have to endure in a criminal case. Mind you she has severe depression from this SA already. The costs needed to keep yourself alive after that? The therapy, hospital visits, and medication ALONE can drown people in debt. I can only imagine what other funds were lost when she’s potentially unable to work because of this (alleged) assault. We really need to shift the public perception of “only” asking for financial settlement. The idea of it being a false flag only benefits the rich and powerful…
it’s been 24 years. they put the statue of limitations on hold for a YEAR. they asked to be paid out before having this go public. they just want money
I don't think you know a lot about the criminal system. She would have more rights and protection under a criminal prosecution than a civil suit, and could still get automatic damages (including lawyers fees and mental Healthcare costs) from a criminal restitution order. You're much more exposed in a civil lawsuit and she has far less protections as a plaintiff than she would as a victim in a criminal case. Rape shield laws, for example, are typically only in criminal case.
@@NotTotallyHopelessI don't think you know about the legal system period. If you did you'd know many criminal charges sometimes follow civil cases because more has been disclosed to solidify conviction when prosecuted criminally.

Nasa is a masonic company for drones spying and more it is not about space in any manner. Why all nasa videos and pictures are cgi and a.i as they openly state yet the shills openly avoid knowing 😂
Great job! People are very confused about this being a civil case, not federal. The way they built the case for Diddy, I’m sure they’ve already looked into Jay Z. Personally, I think he and Beyoncé are informants and have told on everything they’ve witnessed already.

Just discovered your channel and am currently binging all ur vids. Love how you tell the stories, you make the most mundane topic interesting. Keep it up ❤
While theres logic to the idea that the lawyer is just doing it for the money, theres also the fact that the rich and famous rarely ever actually serve any punishment even in prison (They always know a guy who knows a guy who can get them to live comfortably). The wallet is usually the best and easiest thing to target because you have to prove less and thus a higher chance of winning a settlement. You could say that its suspcious as hell and to an extent I can see the perspective but if you were in that same situation, you would more than likely not succeed if you tried to get Jay Z arrested. Its a weird situation because Jay Z has every reason to fight against it, but so does the supposed victim. It could simply be described as a fault in the system but I would argue that the system is not responsible for how the public reacts to such a case.
How many wealthy people actually get rightfully convicted and sentenced in criminal cases? If I was the victim of a wealthy person, I’m not wasting my time with criminal courts, I’m going after their reputation and their money.
That’s what Cassie did. She filed a civil lawsuit against and Diddy and left him with no option other than to settle and give her money. That eventually lead to Diddy being charged with criminal charges
Tony Busby said he had 120 clients and some of the cases had been documented by the police and medical staff. I said then they should be in criminal and not civil court. People gotta pay attention to what the lawyer said and you can see that he’s full of BS.
Exactly because he has sooo much but only did one and none have been released to or working with the Feds. He is a sleazy lawyer working with another sleazy man J Prince

We don't know if jay did the crime or not but i know for sure that the Diddy files need to be released cous there was a lot of fcked up shi- happening in those parties and in particular "freak offs"...... And needless to say that Diddy wasn't the only one involved....
6:59 "Jay Z, How old was Beyonce When you met her? They could be like how old was Aaliyah again?" Jay Z could be like, "Hokd on a second now we was just friends" 😂😂😂 Your ways of telling a story is effortlessly clear and comical at the same time😂😂😂 that's a bit rare
4:48 Correction: Buzbee actually did not ask for a settlement from Jay Z. His client requested that Jay Z sit down with her to mediate the issue together so the case did not go to trial. No money was requested by the client. The fact that Jay Z refused that while it was still anonymous is insane. It reminds me of when he refused to get a DNA test to disprove paternity with the young man who claims he is his son, which only created a bigger media frenzy. The ego clouds judgment.
Another important detail about criminal vs civil court- burden of proof. In a criminal trial, the prosecution has a very high burden of proof aka beyond a reasonable doubt. In a civil trial, you only need to tip the scale aka 51-49.
It's a little inexplicable how a couple of months ago they were best friends with Diddy and when he was arrested Bey and Jay Z went out to promote their liquor. They didn't seem shocked or surprised.
And if they had gone quiet and into hiding, you would have said that they were guilty and hiding something. Technically, his arrest didn't affect their lives. Why should it stop because Diddy was arrested? What would be the right action to take?
It's like you don't know anything about optics at all. Were they supposed to make a video crying about it lol. These people show us what they want us to see. You don't know the conversations they had when it all went down.

Amazing breakdown Xevi 👏🏾👏🏾
And to chat, keep in mind the trauma, turmoil, and incessant scrutinizing (both via the public and the courts) the plaintiff will have to endure in a criminal case.
Very well said!!!
it’s been 24 years. they put the statue of limitations on hold for a YEAR. they asked to be paid out before having this go public. they just want money

I'd like to suggest James Webb as a positive influential figure most people don't know(people usually know him for the telescope not the man himself). The man basically paved the way for space exploration to enter a new age and resigned to take the blame for the negative views people had about NASA. Anyways have a nice one.
Nasa is a masonic company for drones spying and more it is not about space in any manner. Why all nasa videos and pictures are cgi and a.i as they openly state yet the shills openly avoid knowing 😂

Didn't NY eliminate the statute of limitations on SA? Or they don't apply if the victim was underage? That's not doing them from going to the police.

Keep it up ❤
The statute of limitations is a thing.
That’s not how the courts work. Only the DA can file criminal charges. Individuals can only file civilly. Civilians file CIVILLY.
@@saz19s8 but she could only sue him because of the Adult Survivor Act. Otherwise statute of limitations would have kept him free.

Who’s here after her story already fell apart 🤣.
Tony Busby said he had 120 clients and some of the cases had been documented by the police and medical staff. I said then they should be in criminal and not civil court. People gotta pay attention to what the lawyer said and you can see that he’s full of BS.

6:59 "Jay Z, How old was Beyonce When you met her? They could be like how old was Aaliyah again?" Jay Z could be like, "Hokd on a second now we was just friends" 😂😂😂 Your ways of telling a story is effortlessly clear and comical at the same time😂😂😂 that's a bit rare
.....who was the limo driver get him 0:31
4:48 Correction: Buzbee actually did not ask for a settlement from Jay Z.
Private mediation is legal babble for cut me a cheque and we don't go public... we can meet to discuss the amount
I absolutely love watching your videos ❤
Another important detail about criminal vs civil court- burden of proof. In a criminal trial, the prosecution has a very high burden of proof aka beyond a reasonable doubt. In a civil trial, you only need to tip the scale aka 51-49.

It's a little inexplicable how a couple of months ago they were best friends with Diddy and when he was arrested Bey and Jay Z went out to promote their liquor. They didn't seem shocked or surprised.
Wouldn't they have laid low if they were associated with all the stuff he's accused of?
And if they had gone quiet and into hiding, you would have said that they were guilty and hiding something. Technically, his arrest didn't affect their lives. Why should it stop because Diddy was arrested? What would be the right action to take?
